Wonderful Family Vacation

Excellent location and the house is very spacious. We had 7 staying and had plenty of room when the three local family members joined us for dinner. The yard is beautiful. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

The property was located close to our destination. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and feels very homey and comfortable. It has all of the amenities you made need. The owner was very accommodating to our special needs.

The coziest home away from home!!!

This property was so incredibly charming. It was clean and very kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood also felt safe which was a plus for us! The host was always very responsive for any questions I might have had. We would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity!!!

harming and Comfortable Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming house in Kyle, Texas! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. It was stocked with everything we needed and more, which made our stay incredibly comfortable.The check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, with very few chores to complete. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the overall convenience.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

Having recently moved from Austin, I needed a place to host my family for our annual Easter weekend, and Sallie’s house exceeded my expectations in every way. Comfortable house, beautiful yard. It was really like hosting in my own home. Everyone asked me to find out if I can go ahead and book it for Easter 2026! :-)

Spacious and comfortable

Clean. Spacious enough that we could have alone time when needed and communal space to gather together. Close to everything we wanted to do. lots of knick knacks that little fingers love

It felt like home.

We came in town for our daughter's wedding and had such a lovely stay at Sallie's house. Its easy to see that her house is a well loved home. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, and the front wrap around porch was so relaxing. There were plenty of towels for our big family and having 3 bathrooms meant that we were all able to get ready on time. Our daughter's wedding was perfect and our whole weekend was enhanced by choosing this property!

Wonderful Property!

Stayed the weekend, it's a beautiful home, fully stocked, comfortable, and super cozy. Plenty of outdoor space with great sitting areas. Parking in the back is a bit tricky, but manageable. The downstairs bedroom is only a half-bath, so you have to go upstairs to shower. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect Christmas Stay in a Beautiful Home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sallie’s home over Christmas! The house was stunning, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and had everything we needed for a cozy and memorable family gathering. The thoughtful touches throughout the house, like Christmas cookies and festive decor, made it feel extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was clear Sallie went above and beyond to ensure her guests feel at home. Sallie herself was so kind and helpful, always available if we had questions or needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas, and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly warm and inviting stay!

WONDERFUL HOME

My husband and I and my grown kids booked this house for my youngest graduation from Texas State. This house is so beautiful and its in a cute quaint little neighborhood. The house was so clean and well taken care of. We spent an evening on the front porch and it was so nice. Sally was great to work with. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Sally for having us in your house. We really enjoyed it.

4 Families in One Home -Whoo Hooo!

What a beautiful home, not just a house, but a home. The host was very easy to communicate with and had excellent response time. We had 8 adults and 4 small children. The house with two huge seperate bedroom areas on different floors was wonderful for those families with the children. The kitchen was super easy to cook for the group and we enjoyed the grill outside as well. There was a park for the kids to play just a block away. It was a great experience. The price was very fair and of great value. We were all in town for our daughters wedding. So blessed we could all stay together and visit since we are so scattered out over the US.

Family Get Together

This was a lovely place to have a family celebration for a 70th birthday. The rooms were plentiful, comfortable, and clean. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and was close enough to both Austin and San Marcos for swimming and river floating.

Family members were arriving from around the country for a wedding. Everybody or couple had their own bedroom and there were many gathering spots both inside and outside for family to spend time together. Also the kitchen could accommodate lots of food being made for all.Great house - we would be happy to rent it again in the future.

I have 3 beautiful daughters and 5 grandsons.
My primary occupation is Residential Property Management.
I now own two Airbnb homes in the Kyle and Buda area and was awarded Super Host in 2017.
It makes my heart happy when I can open my home to wonderful people like yourself.
