Unit 24 Lot 110. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this comfortable 2-bedroom house with a loft. Set on a lovely meadow 200 yards from the beach and nestled beneath California Cypress trees, this light-filled home offers fabulous sea views from all rooms within the house as well as the outdoor deck and spa. Relax in the flowering courtyard for a sunny retreat out of the sea breeze, which is conveniently enclosed for your canine companion. The two bedrooms (each with an adjacent bathroom) are located on either end of the house providing maximum privacy. The sleeping area in the loft and game tables in the garage provide privacy and entertainment for the kids. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a pantry for extra storage.


Enjoy the night sky full of stars from the hot tub. Or simply take a stroll the street with your dog onto the Sea Ranch trail leading to beautiful Shell Beach and continue a few minutes on the bluff trail to the harbor seal viewing area. Bed linens and towels are included with this home rental.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

One disatisfaction - a heating system - floorboard heaters - inadequate for colder temps (low 50s and below), and noisy.

Nice house close to bluff

Well equipped kitchen and enclosed area for dog were great. Only suggestion is I would rather be able to put my car in garage instead of a ping pong table in there, but (as my husband it telling me right now) that isn’t a big deal and most people dont care if their car is out in rain for a couple of days....

The bedroom set up is great as they were at opposite ends of the home so we didn’t hear the baby fussing during the night.Wild Moor is stocked so well with many kitchen amenities and more plates and glasses than we could ever use. I would recommend that dimmer switches be put in the living and dining rooms. Too bright with them on and dark without.No real interaction with management company as everything went smoothly.

Spacious and bright but needs a deep clean

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was great having the bedrooms and baths at either end with small kids. It was less great having skylights over the beds in both rooms and curtains that didn't block any light. Overall, the house was decently stocked for meal prep, but it's obvious that beyond common surfaces, there's a lot of the house that hasn't been really cleaned in a long while - lots of dust and cobwebs (and some weird condensation issue with the fridge that should be checked out, as it left our groceries in puddles in the fridge), which was disappointing at this price point. We enjoyed meals on the deck and deer sightings. While the property managers were responsive, the actual booking process was a little absurdly intense and we didn't find it warranted and would unlikely jump that many hoops to stay again.

The views from the many windows were amazing. Our teenager loved sitting and sleeping in the loft space. I only wish that after a long drive, we could skip picking up the keys from the office in Guala and go straight to the house. But other than that, we had a great time!

Spectacular location - great views and very private

We totally fell in love with the location, which is close enough to the ocean that you can see the individual whitecaps on stormy days, but private because it is at the edge of a lovely meadow. The house itself was very nice - roomy and lots of huge windows. The hot tub has views of the ocean, which we really enjoyed. And the upstairs loft area is a great place to sit and read in the afternoons. The primary bathroom is gorgeous - huge windows onto a private patio space, lots of light, huge jetted tub and walk-in shower. The only minor drawback is the baseboard heaters, which are a little tricky to operate.

Lovely Place with one Drawback

One large drawback: the downstairs windows need coverings. At certain points in the day the sun comes streaming through and the glare is pretty unbearable in the dining and living room areas. Perhaps it also depends on the time of year, but the ability to block out the sun for an hour or two would be quite welcome. To end on a positive note: we loved playing ping-pong!

Great view from the window seat in the living room, but and even better view from the window seat in the loft. Love the wildlife passing by so close to the back deck. Deer, rabbits, foxes, wild turkeys and a rather large bobcat this summer. The courtyard is looking a little neglected and could use some tlc. We will be back next summer and our thanks to the staff at Beach Rentals for a great vacation.

The kitchen had everything we needed, except - no pantry items of any kind except salt and pepper. Bring your own oil, sugar, aluminum foil, etc. The hot tub and pingpong table were nice amenities. Easy access to the bluff trail. Nice little garden in the back.
