The property boasts 3 bathrooms - one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a separate toilet - providing ample facilities for all guests. The fully-equipped American-style kitchen comes complete with essential appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware.

The place is very spacious and sound proofed. We could play music until late at night without disturbing neighbors. Small side note is that its hard to find small shops close to the home without travelling by car.

Amazing!!! Beautiful place

We had an amazing stay in your villa in Kercem. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal for us although it wasn't by the seaside. Being without the car and using public transport only we visited all the places we wanted to. And if we didn't feel like going anywhere, the private swimming pool was a great option too.

The underground garage was a bonus so we didnā€™t have to get into hot cars. House is very spacious. Kitchen is quite well equipped and water dispenser a bonus. Showers were good and beds were comfortable and air conditioning was quite quiet. Outside was a lovely big and deep pool (at one end) there was always sunshine and shade and sun beds were comfortable. Good location you could walk into Victoria in 20-25 minutes. Nothing

Great Value

We had a nice stay at this property. It is equipped with certain things minimally (limited garbage bags, toilet paper, no basic cooking things like oil, salt, pepper) but as long as you are aware, it's fine. We had everything else we needed and the manager was easy enough to communicate with using the company's messaging system (not VRBO). As well, the heating and AC is pay per use. The space was great for our group of 9 and within 20 minutes we were in a wonderful main town square. There is also parking for many cars. Beds were comfortable. Lots of equipment to cook with. They helped us arrange fun activities and rental cars too! For this price, its a fantastic stay.

Property was as described and had all the facilities that could be expected. The pool was well-used as we visited during the heatwave of July 2023. The only issue we had was with power cuts, which were very frequent - each time they caused the fuse box to trip, which then required resetting. When this happened multiple times and every 10 minutes it was frustrating, as were the 2 nights when we had no power all night, so no air-con, which was very uncomfortable. The dishwasher could do with a good clean as it smelled of drains. We also found a hire car very useful. Overall, pretty satisfied ā˜ŗļø

GerƤumiges Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kercem! Die Lage ist prima, da vor den Toren Victorias, Gozos Hauptstadt. GrundsƤtzlich ein ruhiger Standort, allerdings hƶrt man die GerƤusche der nahe legenen Schule. Die Ausstattung mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 BƤdern / WC hat uns super gefallen, ebenso wie der Pool. Dieser war Ende Oktober recht kalt, aber das war okay. Wir wĆ¼rden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Very little to find fault with

Lovely clean, well equipped and spacious accommodation. Far enough out of Victoria to be a quiet retreat, but close enough for easy access. Other things I would put on the "would be nice but not essential" list would be a better coffee maker, a few more kitchen essentials ( oil, tea,coffee, salt, pepper) and a few more food preparation boards for the otherwise we'll equipped kitchen.

Clean and comfy stay in beautiful home

We loved our stay at The Arches, the place was really spacious and clean - especially the pool area which we enjoyed making use of every day. One disappointment is that the air conditioning is chargeable. There is a machine you feed with euros in the entrance hall to keep it working. If you need it on a lot in high summer this could cost you a significant amount on top of your reservation fee. I've noticed this is flagged on the listing but somewhat buried in the text so easily missed (we missed this detail).

The house is comfortable and nice. It has all basic needs, clean, and has good standard towels and linen. Pool is of a good size and has a nice overflow system. We all enjoyed our stay and want to mention how efficient Mr Donald Said is when contacted about minor issues that needed fixing. He was pleasant, patient and always reachable when contacted no matter the day or time. Maintenance personal was very professional. We can say that we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Ruhige Lage. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 7 Erwachsenen und 1 Baby. GenĆ¼gend Platz und Freiraum. Bus fƤhrt jede Stunde ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. KĆ¼che war etwas mager ausgestattt, jedoch ausreichend. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Ideal Gozo retreat

Happy to recommend this property after a great two week holiday there. Large and spacious and with a good sized pool, the property has good country views from the rear and views out over towards Fontana from the front. It's part of a development of five or six similar sized properties, but the deck and pool area give lots of privacy due to the layout. Kercem is quite a small village, with no obvious restaurants, but there's an excellent small supermarket, a superb bakery and a bus stop two minutes walk away. The only element which can prove slightly unnerving the first few times you park in an unfamiliar hire car is the quite steep slope down to the underground garage, but we soon got used to it. The upside is that the car gets shade from the property, so it's not 40c when you get in to head off out. We've booked through Baron Homes before and we had a couple of minor reasons to call them out - a sticking lock, switching gas cylinders etc and they responded immediately. More than happy to recommend Baron Homes and this property.
