The home boasts 4 well-appointed bedrooms featuring 7 comfortable beds, including 2 double beds, 4 individual beds, and 1 supplementary bed. Three modern bathrooms - 2 with showers and 1 with a bathtub - ensure ample space and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all essential appliances, including a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and comprehensive kitchenware.



A standout feature is the private swimming pool measuring 6.5 x 4 metres, perfect for relaxing summer days. The outdoor space includes a garden, garden furniture, and a barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining and socialising. Would definitely stay at this home again. The only downside is beds were hard and on the small side.It was very clean inside and out. Pool was a plus.

A wonderful base to explore this beautiful island.

This place is so lovely! We spent 8 fantastic nights enjoying the clean, well maintained and very large house. The pool was lovely and the children loved watching the lizards amongst the stone walls. A lovely lady cleaned the property half way through our stay and she did such a fantastic job. The town is quiet, but that is what we were looking for. There are plenty of shops within a 5 minute drive or there is a bus stop right outside the house.

Beautiful stay

This farmhouse is super cosy, it almost felt like being at home. Beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. I don’t have anything I can think off. I only had a two night stay However if I stayed longer be nice if you could provide board games/cards etc.

Beautiful villa with pool

This is a spacious, clean well maintained villa and is much larger than shown in the pictures. The bed rooms are large and well furnished. The villa is close to the local bus stop which makes getting around very easy from the location. The only issue we had was that there was no where to leave cases once you had checked out.

Excellent Management

We enjoyed nine days of lovely weather in the middle of October! The villa is large and well furnished and the maid service mid-stay was a real treat. I would say a trip to Victoria is necessary for restaurants and shopping as local services were scant (in October anyway). The neighbouring 5-star hotel is very welcoming and prices are reasonable. Beautiful clean comfortable bungalow. Fully equipped kitchen, nice sized dining room, one bathroom two ensuite showers and a washing machine and TV. Lovely living room with a wood stove. Comfortable outside area with private pool. Four bedrooms with very comfortable beds. 2 car parking in driveway. Beautiful quiet surroundings. Nice walking area. Shower gel please. Plates are a bit too heavy to handle. Dining room chairs aren't very comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

The cabin was clean, functional, and conveniently located. It was easy to find all the supplies we needed in the cabin. There was a binder with nearby restaurants and grocery stores on the counter. The cabin is directly on the lake, and I wish I had brought coffee fixings, so I could have my coffee out there. It looked like there was a Keurig. We arrived after dark, and the property wasn’t automatically lit at night, so you might want to plan on arriving before sundown or leave your headlights on until you get into the cabin; the light switch is in the right guest bedroom. I wasn’t concerned about mobility, but there is a slight rise (some might say hill) going down to the cabin. There were large landscape stones to try and help you walk down. We had some rain, so we took it slow out of an abundance of caution. No one slipped. The WiFi was spotty, but Matt warned us about that possibility, and I feel like that’s the case around here anyway. Have a backup internet plan if you plan to WFH. Otherwise, enjoy being right on the water.

Great for family gathering!

Great lay out, great little pool. Comfortable house. It would have been nice to have some basic necessities like salt, pepper , olive oil .... and more importantly, it would be nice if all the bedding were changed in particular the comforters. They were old and stained. Otherwise it was perfect for a family gathering.

We stayed at Cassetta Ta' Menzja on Gozo for 16 days. Sannat is on a high ridge with fantastic views over the whole island. The villa was gorgeous and looked exactly as the photos showed it. The villa was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed living on a single level with no stairs, which seems unusual for Malta. There was parking in a private driveway (we used a bicycle lock to secure the gate). The outdoor areas were beautiful, with plants and outdoor furniture. We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. The Baron management team was very responsive to questions or repairs (same day). We had an amazing holiday and recommend Baron holiday rentals without hesitation.

The Perfect escape from it all location!

We had nine days at this fantastic villa, and from the moment we arrived, it lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless and contained every thing you could possibly need. The pool and outdoor space is private and not overlooked. We would not hesitate to recommend and are in fact already looking at when we could return.

Nice house in a beautiful area of Gozo

- perfect customer service (anytime, anyhow) - Kitchen equipment not for daily cooking (could be refurbished) - the rooms are well sized (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and kitchen including living from) - discover Gozo with bikes is our tip - Sannat is a nice little town (the bar close to the church is our recommendation for Pizza) - Spring time at Gozo is colourful, amazing but not the time for swimming - the property was clean and well maintained - take your time and visit the cathedral of Xewkija, the church Madonna Ta pinu and so on... Thank you Donald and Grace for the organisation and the perfect customer care during our vacations.

Fantastic Family Holiday in Gozo

We loved our stay at the Cassetta Menzja in Sannat. The property was very clean, well equipped and well maintained. Customer service was excellent. We really did appreciate the wifi and the pool. Good car parking is another point to be mentioned. Drive your own car (or rental) in Gozo is an advantage. We can recommend this property to other visitors.
