The ultimate concrete dock will be your favorite spot! It has two large sun decks for your enjoyment, covered, uncovered areas and a ladder that makes exiting the water a breeze. A porch swing with a beautiful view. 8 chaise lounge chairs to soak up the sun. The dock has additional patio seating for more than 10 guests which includes a high-top table with 7 high top swivel chairs, a ceiling fan, and another table for 4. There are two sets of swing hooks on the dock by the high-top table that we use for our toddler swings so feel free to use the hooks at your own risk. There is not a toddler swing provided.

The water is deep with planted Crappie beds under & around the dock. A double fish cleaning station and plenty of room to fish while the kids swim on the opposite side. The dock is very well lit at night if you choose and has an additional outdoor fan. The water at the fish cleaning station and hose is ran from the house. This cove is perfect for swimming, tubing, and skiing. You have an amazing view of the main channel while being protected in a fun cove. Not much better than this. Bring your Lily Pad or rent one! Your family is going to love it here.

The Lake House at Pin Oak is a great family lake vacation package. Just down a few stairs from the parking area is the front door entry. It leads you around the open floor plan and into the incredible kitchen with a great lake view.

Just off the kitchen is the huge sunken living room with a beautiful, vaulted wood ceiling and amazing lakefront views. There is cozy furniture for everyone, a sofa, loveseat, chair that all recline and a padded bench -enough seating for 9-12 guests. A perfect place for visiting, watching the 65-inch Roku TV, or just relaxing while taking in the gorgeous lake view!

Flanked off the fully equipped kitchen area are two bedrooms and the guest bath with a walk-in shower that is easily accessible. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a super comfy premium mattress, drawers underneath for clothing storage, it is on the main living area of the home, and faces the lakeside with a great view of the water, Roku TV, electric heated fireplace with an ambience lighting only option, ceiling fan, box fan, relaxing décor and a beautiful, vaulted wood ceiling, no closet access but hooks for hanging clothes available behind the door. You'll love the private lakeside deck off the master bedroom for your morning coffee or evening star gazing. Enjoy the privacy of your own vaulted wood ceiling master bath with a large double shower with a bench seat & a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is set up with a queen-size bed with a luxurious mattress & a twin XL above it built into the wall. Large double closet for hanging clothes, box fan & a Smart TV. Just off the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer - perfect for washing swimsuits and towels during your stay.

Downstairs right next to the water, accessed from the outside off the concrete lakefront patio is a 3rd small bedroom with a Roku TV, tower fan and a lake view. It has a low 6-foot ceiling and is 6 1/2 feet wide by 18 feet long. With a full-size bed built into the wall, and a full-size futon.

Just outside and across the parking area are stairs that lead up to the Guest House also known as "The Family Suite" with its own Air Conditioning & Heating. It is a large bedroom with a Roku TV, tower fan and a half bath. You will enjoy spectacular lake views here also and this is a perfect location for a small family to get away from the rest of the group. It has a full-size bed over twin bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Drawers for clothes storage.
PLEASE NOTE THE TWO TOP BUNK BEDS AT THE GUESTHOUSE ARE FOR KIDS ONLY. The top bunks, stairs & ladder will not support adults. This room can also be accessed from the additional graveled parking area.

You'll certainly be outside enjoying this perfect family getaway. An atrium door accesses the private master bedroom balcony - perfect spot for just getting away by yourself to read a book or enjoy a private meal at the bistro table for two. Watch for humming birds! All guests can access the side deck from the side yard or atrium door off the living room.

The deck is shaded most of the day making it even more enjoyable and it has a great patio table set that seats 8 people in swivel rocking chairs. There is additional deck seating at the granite bar top and a large natural gas grill that is ideally taking in the lake views, no worries about propane tanks. Dusk to dawn outdoor lighting. Just a few steps off the deck onto the lake front patio will lead you to the dock.

Parking is limited to only 2 cars directly in front of the house on the one-way shared road. There is plenty of additional parking for a boat trailer, jet ski trailer and other vehicles available at the guest house.

We are also pleased to provide weekly trash pick-up, one set of bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, hand soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.
Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, life jackets, etc.

Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed inside due to severe pet allergies. We ask that you find a better suited home if you have any type of service animal.

This amazing vacation rental offers guests spectacular panoramic views of the lake, excellent fishing and features central heating/air, mini split AC in guesthouse, 5 flat screen TV’s, ROKU access, Wi-Fi, all bedding, bath towels and an iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a 36-inch glass induction cooktop (special cookware for induction cooktop is provided), convection wall oven, microwave, refrigerator with a built-in ice maker, full size dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock pot and regular coffee maker.

This "quiet side" retreat is just a 25-30 minute drive from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge. Woods grocery store is just 8 minutes away and offers delivery and grocery pick up!

Your safety matters. This property utilizes outdoor Security Cameras for check in, security & liability purposes. One is above the guest house entry door outward facing, one is up high on the guesthouse facing the roadside & front of the house and one is up high facing the dock.
No campers, tents or RV's of any kind are allowed on the property. No cleaning fish in the house and no bait or fishing gear of any kind allowed inside the home.
