The main floor is easily accessed from the entry without the need to navigate any stairs. Floor to ceiling windows look out over the golf course, and the expansive open area includes a formal dining table, comfortable great room seating, and a gourmet kitchen with island, bar, and built in breakfast booth.

OLD GREENWOOD PAVILION ACCESS:
As a guest at this home, you have an option to add access to the Pavilion at Old Greenwood, part of the Tahoe Mountain Club. An Amenity Fee of $85/night must be collected by Tahoe Getaways at least 72 hours prior to Arrival. Access must be purchased for the full duration of your stay, and will allow up to 12 guests access, if added on.

3.The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
