This 800 square foot, 2nd floor condo sleeps four, with one king bed, a sleeper sofa, one bathroom, and one amazing view of the beach.

Sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and look out at silken white sands and sun sparkling off the turquoise ocean. You’ll soon realize “Tradewinds” is an aptly chosen name for the building when salty winds off the ocean brush over you as you listen to waves breaking on the shore. Down below, you can see the communal pool and all its amenities.

The interior of the unit takes a modern approach to a tropical paradise with its decorative touches like its sand-colored walls and paintings of beach scenes. The sliding glass doors brighten the rooms with natural light. The dunes, ocean, and sky are the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the comfort of the living room.

The bright summer kitchen is filled with all modern appliances and cookware and features a bar area that is an ideal place for eating all of your meals.

The coastal décor extends into the bedroom, with its bright-colored comforter and beach scene painting above the bed. Sliding glass doors open up to the balcony so you’ll go to sleep to fragrant night winds off the ocean and moonlight reflecting on the ocean.

We want you to enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, so the unit comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and televisions in the living room and bedroom. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The Tradewinds surrounds you with amenities, like a triangular swimming pool lined with sun loungers and tables with umbrellas, where you can enjoy a poolside barbeque you cook up on one of the gas grills. There’s also a social room with daily activities, and you’re only a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza and Sushi Thai by KJ.
