Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath oasis on a canal near the Tampa Bay

Rest in Tranquility with this tasteful waterfront home on a canal. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom boost a unique charm in a quiet neighborhood. With a large front and back yard, you will be able to enjoy the luxury of relaxing with no worries while you stay here. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have queens beds and their own closets. A spacious great room/dining room awaits you to house a great dinner party. On the side there is also an extra nook you can enjoy morning coffee or lounge around and read a great book. The laundry room is equipped with a good size washer and dryer. When you walk into the backyard, you can enjoy a paved covered patio area to outlook the water. Bring your boat and park it on the canal.

Please read all description of the property and amenities that are offered before booking. If you have any questions about the amenities offered, you can refer to the amenities section. We only offer 2 toilet paper rolls per restroom and 2 paper towels per stay. guests are responsible for extra needed items. There is $150 per dog, up to 2 dogs. The pet deposit is refundable up to 5 business days after check out. This is to ensure that nothing with happen to our property. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS OR ANY OTHER PETS. You are required to pay the pet deposit before check in or your reservations with us will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Comfortable and clean

Very nice and comfortable house. Great for a family or two couples with multiple rooms and bathrooms and nice dining and living spaces and nice by large smart TV.

Quiet neighborhood and clean house

House was pretty clean and everything worked as it should. Location was great, close to a bunch of stuff, yet still had that small town feel. Would definitely rent again and the home owners were very quick to respond to all questions pre travel.

Great canal home

The property itself is very comfortable with a great view of the canal out back. The property owner was great! We found that we needed to extend our stay and they were quick to respond. Luckily, our extended dates were available, so we’re here a few more weeks and couldn’t be happier about it. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, too.

Spring Break Stay

We rented this property for a 4 night Spring Break Stay with our teenagers. House was just as described, clean, simple, and we'll equipped. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. House is charming and located in a beautiful neighborhood... Very tropical and pretty. Beds we're comfortable and it was very handy to have washer & dryer available for a load of laundry here and there. Contact with the hosts was prompt and check in process was simple and seamless. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!

Ruskin stay

In general the property met my needs for my 2 month stay.The location was perfect, I have family in Apollo Beach, Sarasota and Clearwater. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. There were plenty of supplies. The night of the Super Bowl the electricity went out. Could not find a flashlight, a small emergency pack would be nice. May I suggest that your welcome book include a page that tells your where the fire extinguisher and first aid kits are located. Also, a small waste basket in the laundry room would be nice. Lastly something to cover the living room window would be nice to black out the light if anyone sleeps there. The screened porch was nice but the grill wasn't clean and the gas wasn't hooked up.

Celebration of Life

We rented the property to connect with family to celebrate the life of my mother. What I liked was there was enough beds for my large party, the home was spacious and clean. It would be nice to have more than two TV’s. When you have a mix of young and older adults and children in the morning it was hard for everyone to watch what they wanted. So I recommend each room have a tv. The futons though good for its purpose was too small for a group of tall boys. Their feet hung over the end of the futon.

Pictures dont do justice. Amazing stay for familys

Overall the place looks even better than the photos. We stayed here with our elderly parents which worked out amazing to catch up with relatives in the area. The only 2 minor things to mention was when we areived there was cigerette butts all over the screened in porch that we had to sweep up for the kids to play. And the pots and pans kinda suck to cook breakfast and stuff in. Hopefully the owners will upgrade those soon. Other than that the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The owners responded great about any questions. Bery quiet location and neighbours were awesome. The house had everything we needed for a great spring break! Could do with some more outside seating but understand thats not a nessescity :)

Perfect place and location

Needed a place to stay with my parents (In their 70's and 80's). This location was fantastic. The actual property is even better than the pictures. It was perfect for my parents with easy access for them. Everything on one level. Property comes with access to a kayak and easy access to the canal behind the property. Everything about the property was perfect! The propery owners were also fantastic. The were very responsive to a couple of questions and the ease of renting was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying their to anyone!

I was in a wheelchair and I could not get around the house or get in the bathroom. So it was not handicap accessible!

Holiday getaway

We wanted a place to take our boat out. This house was on a canal near where we wanted to be. We had everything we needed and check in/out was easy. We had a slight hiccup with the septic due to a lot of rain but we contacted the property manager and it was fixed same day. Very easy and nice people to deal with.

Great Place To Get Away

We had a wonderful time during our stay! We spent the days boating and fishing throughout the waterways of Ruskin and Tampa Bay. The house was perfect for accommodating our family and our boat. Ruskin Vacation

Beautiful home. Spacious with plenty of room for family. Location was great for us as we keep our boat at a nearby marina. Quiet neighborhood. Has everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend!
