This beautiful villa enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the championship Golf Course's 1st, 10th and 18th fairways from both the private solar heated (Free Heating) pool area and the upstairs balcony.
The South and West facing aspects give stunning sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea as well as mountain views to the right.

This comfortable two-bedroom Villa is furnished to the highest standards and lies just a short 5-minute stroll to the Village Square and Golf Club.

The property offers private parking as well as ample visitor parking in the development. All rooms enjoy full air conditioning and ceiling fans.

There are multiple portable Bluetooth speakers throughout the villa. Good quality cotton bedding, towels and beach towels are supplied.

Fire extinguishers and fire blanket are provided for your safety.

The living room has quality furniture including a 3-seater leather sofa and armchair a flat screen LCD TV and IPTV streaming. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breath-taking views from the patio doors which open up to the pool area.

The dining area has a modern elegant table with four chairs. There are French doors which open on to the patio, setting the scene for a relaxing dining experience.

The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a full range of tea and coffee makers including a coffee pod machine and milk heater. A water cooler, numerous pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.

A marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom. The room is fitted with wardrobes and a King Size bed with bedside cabinets. The French doors lead to the private upstairs balcony which is furnished with a bistro dining set for two and two private sun loungers. There is ample wardrobe and drawer storage, and the TV has its own IPTV streaming. The ensuite features a bathtub with an overhead shower and side screen as well as a toilet and vanity units with a sink.

The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and features its own shower and toilet facilities. It has Twin beds, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the rear garden and pool area. The TV has a built in DVD player for the comprehensive collection of DVD films.

Outside, the property is complete with quality dining furniture, four sun loungers, parasol and gas BBQ. The central pool creates a sense of tranquillity and relaxation as you look across the golf fairways to the vistas beyond.

The kidney shaped pool has a built-in solar heating system at no extra charge – The Summer water temperatures vary from 26dgs for the early and late months to 32dgs for the high Summer. It is cleaned and serviced twice weekly to maintain its clarity and quality. The pool is very child friendly being only 1.2m to 1.5m deep. The garden shed contains a selection of pool toys and inflatables.

The front garden enjoys the morning sunshine where an early cup of coffee sat at the bistro table is a great way to start the day.

Aphrodite Hills is proud to announce that its' 18 hole golf course has benefited from a major investment and upgrade including reconstruction of greens and bunkers.

This has now been recognised by the PGA association which has bestowed its highest honour and reassigned Aphrodite Hills as the "PGA National Cyprus Course".

Aphrodite Hills Resort opened in spring 2005. It is built within a protected forestry area enjoying olive trees, carob trees and dramatic views over the ravines and towards the sea. Paphos is a delightful town and well worth a leisurely visit and was declared the 2017 European City of Culture. The island mixes the charms of Greece with local tavernas and small delightful villages with a touch of British influence: driving on the left, signposts in English and even an M&S store.

Paphos is served by many airlines and is a 4 1/2 flight from the UK. The Cyprus landscape is very dramatic, enjoying citrus and olive groves on the lower land and then as you climb higher towards the Troodos Mountains it changes into fields of vineyards and Pine forests.

Greek is the main language however English is widely spoken.

There is a free motorway which connects the Southwest of the Island directly with the Southeast at Agia Napa and provides quick and painless access to the whole of the Country including Paphos, Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca.

This region enjoys 330 days of sunshine per year with Winter temperatures rarely below 16 degrees and Summer temperatures mostly in the 30's.

This development Show Home is furnished to a high standard. The villa is owned by a British family and managed by a British Lady who lives locally.

Both front and rear gardens are beautifully landscaped.

The villa is cleaned at the start of your stay. If you are staying for 10 days or more there will be a Mid-stay linen change included in your price.
Further cleaning is available at an extra charge - Liaise with and pay the local cleaner directly.

Check-Out up to 18.00 (6pm) at no extra charge on your last day. This makes it easier for you especially if you have children or a late flight.

You have everything you could need for a holiday on the resort, however if you would like to venture further afield there is a local, reliable and cheap bus service which departs throughout the day from Aphrodite Hills to Paphos and Aphrodite's Rock.

Taxis are available from Paphos Airport: Journey time to Aphrodite Hills is around 15 minutes, costing 50 Euro per sector.
Taxis from Larnaca Airport : Journey time is around 1hr 20mins costing over 150 Euro per sector.

Hire car is preferable but not essential. Check to see if the car hire would work out more cost effective than a taxi service both ways from the airport. Winter prices range from a weeks car hire for 100 Euros up to Summer prices around 300 Euros. Prices vary widely; please check comparison websites for your best deal.
I would suggest that you pre book a Hire car; most companies are represented at the airport: Hertz, Easycar, Alamo, Sixt, Autoeurope and Leoscy as well as more local companies.
