Our two bedroom Tides at TOPSā€™L condo overlooks the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of Miramar Beach, Florida. Located on 52 private acres, itā€™s perfect for families and has something for everyone to do - pickleball, basketball, walking trails, beach activities, putt-putt, shuffle board, two beach side pools and poolside dining.

There are restaurants within walking distance on property and many to choose from nearby. And the shopping is incredible with Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands and Destin Commons shopping areas all within a 15 minute drive.

The condo has been newly furnished with comfortable but family friendly pieces I know you'll love. I am a stay-at-home mom who handles our rentals so you will always be dealing directly with an owner who wants you to have a wonderful experience.

Condo was beyond our expectations! Five Star room and facilities. We have stayed up and down Destin and 30A for more and less money and this Condo was by far our family of 4 favorite. "Clean, comfy bed, comfy sofa on balcony with awesome views..." Hope to stay here again. Think we found our go to spot when only two bedrooms are needed for our stay. Host was great and timely responsive to any questions.

Another perfect stay!

Once again we had the perfect stay in this condo! It is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything we needed. It has a fantastic view of the ocean to wake up and go to bed to. The owner, Michelle, is always very helpful and friendly. We definitely will be back again!

Wonderful beach vacation

This is our second year to stay at this condo. We loved it, again! It is newly remodeled and is beautiful. The beach, weather, and condo were perfect! Couldnā€™t have asked for a better vacation for relaxing with our family!

Daughterā€™s First Beach Vacation

The condo was great! Itā€™s exactly as advertised and has an amazing view of the beach. It was our daughters (sheā€™s 11 months) first trip to the beach and my husband, my parents, and my brother and I stayed in one condo and it was really a great stay and was the perfect size for all of us! We will definitely be back!

Nicely decorated, spacious, and great view of the beach!!!

We have been staying at the Tides at Topsā€™l for over 10 years, and this condo did not disappoint! It was newly renovated, beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen! The balcony is large with great seating and has the most perfect view of the ocean!! Michelle was very responsive, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and easy to work with! Highly recommend this condo!!

This place is amazing! One of our Best Trips!!

Just returned from an amazing trip here! We love this resort, and have stayed before, so I was looking to book here. But I loved this condo! First of all it was sparkling clean!! The owner, Michelle is super nice and easy to get in touch with. It looks to be recently redone and has a relaxing beach feel to it. We had no issues with anything! It was perfect and I did not want to leave! Canā€™t wait to come back!!

Absolutely Stunning Views, Clean, and Meticulously Updated!

The owner was absolutely incredible. The communication was top notch. The condo has the most gorgeous updates, and includes many amenities you'll never find in a rental (make-up wipes, garbage bags, oil and vinegar, extra soap and detergents, seasonings and more). The view, the furnishings, the amenities at the resort - I could go on and on. You get what you pay for, and this unit absolutely delivers and is worth it!

Beautiful/clean condo, would confirm amenities available

Absolutely wonderful condo and host! Only complaint was that the heated pool was not heated...would double check that it's working before going, if that's important to you. The property staff said they were having troubles with it and the water was freezing, so we weren't able to use it. Otherwise...view, beach, surrounding area was all great! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

Such a beautiful condo right on the beach. The grounds were just beautiful. Very easy to check in as well. The condo had all you needed. The only thing I did not like were the beach police on placement of umbrellas. Also if you want to rent umbrella and chairs on the front row you better rent months ahead of time. Really not enough beach for the number of people that rent from Topsā€™l. Overall loved the pool and the grill and bar by the pool. Will definitely stay again but plan more in advance

Fabulous Property and Overall Experience!!

My sister and I stayed at Michelle's property for almost a week and it was absolutely fabulous!! Photos are true to the property. Kitchen was VERY well stocked with multiple appliances that you rarely see in a rental (air fryer, crock pot), and everything worked well. Parking was great - there was plenty of it, and it was very convenient to check in and out with the luggage carts and covered unloading zone, plus they had oversized shopping carts for when you bring home groceries/supplies. The owner responded immediately to every question and comment I had before, during, and after our stay. The beach is gorgeous. There were two pools - one was deliciously heated (must have been 86+) so it was very pleasant in the cool Feb temps. So many wonderful shops, restaurants, and food store close by. Bijoux restaurant @ Sandestin and Grimaldi's at Grand Boulevard were particularly fantastic. Otherwise, we cooked in the condo. The balcony is large, and had the coziest U-shaped couch for lounging outside, plus super warm/cuddly blankets for the cool evenings. I hope you love your stay as much as we did!!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our group. It provided activities for both adults and older teens. The unit was beautiful, clean, well thought out with accessories and the view was stunning! The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. I would highly recommend this unit as well as the owner! We would most definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and would visit Topsā€™l again. The beach is private and less crowded than San Destin. I hear this unit may be renovated later this year. The owner was extremely quick to respond to two inquiries.

Amazing community and location!

One of our favorite places to have ever stayed. The condo was exceptional and comfortable. We also loved the poolside bar and restaurant. The staff was amazing for both! The community is located between the Sanderson Hilton and a nature preserve, so the beach felt very private and quiet. Our favorite little square of beach weā€™ve ever enjoyed. The pools were heated, which was nice as evening temps got cooler. There was music playing from the restaurant/bar, sometimes through a PA and sometimes live musicians. The energy was great! However, we also like quiet nights, so we were thrilled that the pools are closed by 10pm. There is no late night partying, which is great when your value your sleep and peace. Back to the condo, it is very well decorated and furnished. The TVs are smart TVs, so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube or any other app to watch your favorite shows or movies. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, including a big coffee maker and even a tea kettle. Parking was easy, and the elevators were quick to arrive whenever called. We felt very safe and secure. Finally, we left bed the views from both the ocean side and the front door side. Itā€™s impossible to beat a good beach view, but we also loved looking at the activity grounds and out to the nature reserve. It was beautiful no matter where you looked. This is the first time weā€™ve ever stayed somewhere and thought ā€œwe HAVE to buy a condo in this building!ā€ Best stay ever!!!

Thanks for considering a stay at our place! I'm a southern girl whose parents raised her vacationing on the sugary white sands of Destin, Florida, who wanted to stay at home to raise my girls, but didn't want to stop working all together. So, my husband and I invested in a vacation rental for me to manage. We have owned a vacation home in Miramar Beach for the past 20 years, and as a stay-at-home mom of two girls, now an empty nester, we loved our down time at the beach with family and friends. As our girls were growing up, we always brought friends along, so our condo is designed with families in mind. Now, I love having repeat guests, who have become friends, and helping families plan their get-aways. You'll always deal with me and only me, and I'm happy to help make your planning and stay as easy and pleasant as possible.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We moved to the Tops'l community because we needed more space and wanted to be Gulf Front. This complex allowed me to give my teenage girls the freedom they desired to move about on their own. The gated community and access to the pools, beach, pickleball courts, basketball court, tiki bar, shuffle board and putt putt gives them plenty to do and it is easy to let them move about and know they are safe. The condo balcony is large and serves as a second living space for our family which gives us plenty of room to spread out at the end of a relaxing beach day.

The sidewalks throughout the neighborhood are wonderful for morning walks in the lush green landscape, but what I love most is to head east for a morning beach walk toward Tops'l Preserve along untouched natural beaches.

We primarily selected this neighborhood because it gives us shopping, entertainment and restaurants close by, but also restaurants and entertainment on property so we never have to get in our car to go off site.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

There is so much to do on site, you never have to leave the property, but if you do, there's great shopping and restaurants nearby. I also love that you can take a walk along the beach to the east and nature preserve and have a nice tranquil walk, but if you if you head west you pass the San Destin Hilton area and have people and fun everywhere. The best of both worlds!
