Everything was exactly as listed. The location was perfect for us. The beach wasnā€™t crowded at all and it was close to grocery stores so we could cook some meals! The pool was also nice. Communication with the host was super easy. Highly recommend.

The location was awesome due to be close to PCB attractions and restaurants. The place was very clean and host was easy to get in contact with when we had AC problems. The problem was corrected quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a perfect place to stay! Location was great! House/rooms/parking great and easy! It was clean, beds were soft and plenty of bathroom towels! The only con was with a 4 night minimum there was hardly any bathroom/cleaning amenities. Better go ahead and add trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher pods to your grocery list. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and would def stay again.

Just a few suggestions: broom and dust pan, mirrors in both bedrooms upstairs, rug/sisal by the front entrance. The master bath paper holder was coming off the wall. However, it was a great place to stay, and we sill definitely be back!

Wonderful beach front property

We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room. Loved the close proximity to the beach.

The Shores 150

We have stayed at various units at The Shores Townhomes over the last several years. This one seems to have been recently updated, converting it from the original 2 bedroom layout to a 3 bedroom. The renovation was done very well and utilized the space nicely. This was probably the cleanest unit weā€™ve ever stayed in. The bathrooms, floors, and linens all felt very clean and left no trace of the previous guests. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and all of the pans and utensils seemed updated and clean as well. One of the reasons we keep coming back to The Shores is the close proximity to the beach. This unit is on the western end of the complex, close to the public access area. The beach on this side of the complex gets more crowded due to people utilizing the public access point. To give ourselves a little more space, we just walked down the boardwalk another section or two before we accessed the beach. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again!

Family get away

This was a last minute getaway for my children and I. I ran upon this unit when looking for a place to stay and Iā€™m so glad I went with it. This unit is located in a quiet community away from the high rise condos where itā€™s always crowded. You are literally on the beach, just walk down the steps of your balcony and you are on the sand and a few steps from the ocean. The condo is very nice with updated furnishings, 3 tile showers, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. An added bonus is the closed garage for your vehicle and also another quick access to the beach. I highly recommend this unit.

Nice little getaway

This property was perfect for my family of five. There was enough sleeping space and privacy for all family members as well as acute kitchen and living space for us to sit back and watch television in the evening. The patio was absolutely perfect for our whole family to sit and enjoy the warm weather and listen to the ocean. We would definitely book again.

Thanksgiving Week Stay - Disappointing Experience Our stay at this Florida condo over Thanksgiving week was extremely disappointing. We encountered numerous issues: huge roaches in the garage and patio, peeling paint from the ceiling, missing floor trim, an unsecured electrical outlet cover, and a broken dining chair. Despite reporting these problems to the management company, the overall conditions were unacceptable. On a positive note, the location on the beach was fantastic, but it was not enough to make up for the poor state of the rental. Avoid this property if you're looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

Place felt well kept and intentional. We really enjoyed the location as it's smack dab in the middle of everything. But also not full of all the other tourists. Rosemary Beach is like 10 mins away. Downtown PCB is about 15-20. Honestly just a great location for people not trying to be in all the hustle in bustle all the time. 1000% would stay here again. As for some feedback. The sheets definitely left a little to be desired and there were a couple spiders when we got there that my girlfriend didn't love. One negative of the beach is there is a public beach access literally right next to the place not a huge deal at all as these are all up and down PCB but did have a lot of fisher guys almost every morning. Tvs left some to be desired but didn't use them a ton. Communication with blue Swell was very quick and to the point and even approved a later checkout as our flight was later in the day. Overall if your looking for a really relaxing retreat on the beach this is a great option.

We love the Shores!

If youā€™re looking for a quiet place thatā€™s right on the beach, this is it! No elevators, no street crossing, just down a set of stairs and you are on the sand! This is a great place if you have kids that need lots of breaks and/or snacks, and the older kids can come and go from the beach to the condo as they please! We love the garage (our full size Chevy Suburban fit in it) because we can inflate all our toys and just store them in there the whole time. The beds are really comfortable, and there were plenty of linens/towels. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing we ran into was with check-in time. In the automated emails from Blue Swell it states that you can request early check in between 48-24 hours prior to arrival. We did that and were told to text them at 1pm on arrival day to see if early check in was available. Which is fine, but when we are making a 12 hour drive that prior knowledge of check in time wouldā€™ve helped us make a departure time decision easier. We were able to get in early, but we didnā€™t know until we were already there. So if you are heading in from a distance, just be aware that early check in wonā€™t be known until the day of.
