amazing location and good direct beach access! Pretty clean overall (baseboards and closet were pretty dusty and gross but clean surfaces in bathroom kitchen and main living area). The bed was very uncomfortable and the blinds were broke so the sun woke us up each morning! But overall great place for the price and had everything we needed to stay! Directions and check in were very easy and clear to follow!

Comfy Summer Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year to stay at this spot and we once again loved it. Super clean and perfect for our small family. Love that it’s right near the beach and has a great pool onsite. We plan on coming back next year and will choose this place again to stay.

Super close access to the beach (3-5 min walk) and a mile away from Seaside restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and a great price!

The property was easily accessible, close to the beach, and near the things that i wamted to do. The price was perfect for me too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great! We loved the room and loved the placement of the condo. The only issue that we had was some of the shades were broken before we got there. When I tried to open the shades to look out of the window, half of the panels feel out. It wasn't necessarily a big deal to us, but it still would be nice to get that fixed. Everything else was pretty much as expected, and honestly, we will probably choose to stay here again simply because of the affordability of it. There aren't many places along 30A with such good access to the beach where you can stay for such a good price. I'd say 8 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful vacation visit for two!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was tremendous. We love Seagrove, and this couldn't have been easier. Small, affordable, quaint and easy to work with. From key pick up to drop off, the whole stay was delightful. Crazy convenient to the beach, affordable and the pool is quiet and relaxing. Loved having the laundromat on site and it did a great job in washing our things. Would highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Great location , this place can use some improvement but it didn’t bother us !It needs a deep clean specially behind couch and doors (hand prints) . Kitchen has everything you need to cook . Bathroom outlet still broken and last please invest some money for keyless entry , my husband was the only one who was able to open the door . Just a friendly review. Will stay again . Thanks

Great location, beautiful beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the positives: Great location, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful pool with comfortable chairs. Well stocked kitchen, had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels. Now for the negatives: The murphy bed was very noisy, creaking loudly with every move, and the mattress sags—definitely needs an upgrade! The pillows were flat and very worn and yellowed (yuck!) The furniture is dated and showing wear, couch was uncomfortable for lounging and watching TV. Plug in bathroom didn’t work, so we had to plug blowdryer into hallway plug. Front and back doors were very difficult to lock/unlock...needs some lubricant. There was only ONE hanger in the closet and NO hooks anywhere to hang things. Dresser drawers were sandy, so we had to line them with paper towels before using. There were no throw rugs anywhere to wipe your feet. Spending a little money on some small upgrades would turn this condo into a more pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, with things “as is” we would not choose to stay here again.

Great location

I have stayed in Hidden Beach Villas several times. We enjoy the location and proximity to the beach. The pool is nice and the beach walk is great. A couple things we noticed: 1) there were no hot pads to get things out of the oven 2) there were limited utensils/pans for cooking. This may not affect everyone. We do cook in most nights, and only go out to eat occasionally. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay, and we would highly recommend this condo to others and would stay again. It is a great value for our favorite beach town!

Beach Trip b

Fantastic stay for my small (2adult,2kids) family. Easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. The gulf water was exceptionally clear and the waves great for body surfing. The area is not commercialized, but still had numerous opportunities for good food. Overall, an excellent experience.

beach vacation

Great place to stay for a beach vacation! Excellent night's sleep in the pull-away bed. 2 minute walk to the beach....yoga studio next door, tennis in Watercolor, Seaside, and Rosemary. Delicious seafood at Goatfeathers just down the street then cook it in the well-equipped kitchen. Rent bikes at the shop next to Goatfeathers and ride to Seaside and Rosemary. Calm, beautiful ocean with flags to indicate water conditions... perfect swimming weather all week. We loved the pool and all guests and attendents were friendly and courteous. A+ rating!

Everything except checking in

First the studio condo was very nice and clean. Billed as advertised and very affordable. Pool was nice and beach access was perfect. The only downside was check in bc I had to pick up a key from the managing company and I was there at check in time but they were not ready. Oy a 20 minute delay but some guy yelling from the back seemed a bit unprofessional

So close to Butterfly Bikes, and less than five minutes from top spots like Seaside, Goatfeather’s, Publix and more. Kitchen was outfitted well. Murphy Bed was very firm but it was nice to have the extra space. Pull out couch was okay—not great. Overall, great stay and recommend it for sure!
