Condo, 2 Bedrooms plus convertible sleep sofa in Living Room, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6).
Our Penthouse Unit offers unobstructed breathtaking views of Eagle Beach. In March of 2012, Eagle Beach has been recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Aruba is outside the hurricane zone and is characterized by steady breezes and beautiful tropical weather.
The unit is spaciously appointed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. The balcony is accessed from both the Primary bedroom and Living Room. The private Rooftop Terrace, that spans the entire unit, and is accessible by a staircase inside the condo. The Primary bedroom has a private bath, flat screen TV, a large dresser and closet equipped with a safe. The second bedroom provides 2 queen size beds along with Flat screen TV and California closets. Fresh linens are provided for each bedroom and bath. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances which open to a beautifully decorated living room. The spacious living room has a leather queen sized sleep sofa and a wall mounted 50" flat screen TV with smart DVD player for streaming. A new 2022 washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
Condo has 2 coolers, beach chairs and towels along with an assortment of toys for guests wanting to relax at the beach.
The totally private rooftop terrace commands spectacular views of the Ocean and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy rooftop dining or just relax under a sun protected pergola. The rooftop terrace has a Jacuzzi hot tub, Gas grill, assorted chaise lounges, outdoor dining set and beautiful sectional sofa.
The Oceania facility is not to be missed! The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, two gyms, men's and women's saunas, a business center, a kid’s playroom, a lounge/game room, two tennis courts, a squash court and a racquetball court. The complex has wonderful landscaping. The Eagle Beach is just a few steps outside the premises; a white-sandy, 50-yard wide, amazingly un-crowded beach with sparkling clean ocean water. Enjoy the tranquility of the resort, stroll on the beautiful beach or swim in the tranquil Caribbean Sea. There are beautiful pools and protected lounge areas to take in the sun and relax. Grocery store and many restaurant options are close and many in walking distance.

This Condo was perfect for my family to enjoy their first trip to Aruba. The Complex was beautiful, the location was perfect. The beach access gate led to one of the only crosswalks we found for Eagle Beach. It was great to have our own full kitchen and laundry facilities. 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for my family of 4. Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, with the grill and the hot tub. We enjoyed the sand chairs and cooler, and there were a few floaties and extra things in the storage room that we were able to utilize as well. John had great communication with me leading up to and during our stay, and was great to work with when our flight got cancelled and we had to stay longer than planned. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but I would recommend renting a car for more access to restaurants, more beaches, and just exploring the island. We debated staying at the Eagle Beach or Palm Beach area, and I am glad we chose Eagle. We were there one of the busiest weeks of the year, and we didn't feel too crowded on Eagle, especially right in front of the complex. The closeness to the condo also allowed us to easily go back to the condo throughout the day for drinks or snacks. When we visited Palm beach.... so much more crowded. If you are looking for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation, this is a great condo in a perfect location.

This was exactly what I was looking for on my vacation. The unit was perfect. Located directly across the street from Eagle Beach. Loaded with things for the beach, towels, chairs and even floats. Perfect sunsets right from the sofas. We didn’t rent a car but the taxis are everywhere and the Arubus was so easy to use. Thanks to John and Izaira (who even dropped us off at the Super Foods!!). So kind!!

Great Property, but Management Needs WorkThis condo has a lot going for it: the furniture is stylish, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. I also appreciated the shared closet with leftover items from past guests—handy if you forget something (my lululemon yoga mat even accidentally ended up joining the collection!). The unit is well-stocked with chairs and floats for the beach, making it easy to relax outdoors.That said, there were some drawbacks. The walk-in closet was locked, which meant no real space to open luggage except the bed or floor—a feature I’ve had available in other units in this complex. The thermostat was “caged” and stuck at 22C, which felt uncomfortably cold at times with no option to adjust. The TV didn’t work for most of our stay, and despite repeated calls, management never resolved it. Same with the Jacuzzi—it never worked, and we were told to just “check the breaker.” Unlike other units here, there were no concierge-style services (like pre-arrival groceries or airport pickups), which made this feel less special.Bottom line: the property itself is wonderful, but the management experience fell short. With a little more care and service, this unit could be outstanding. I would stay there again and adjust my expectations.

Wonderful Stay In Aruba

My family and I stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it. It is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Lot's of beach supplies and an amazing rooftop. The interior is very nice and the kitchen has everything needed to make yourself at home. The location is absolutely amazing, on Eagle Beach close to everything. The complex is very nice and well kept with beautiful facilities and pools. The communication by the owner was perfect. I didn't really have any questions because his emails provided so much info. It was all accurate and very helpful for our trip. I would not hesitate to book this condo again and hope to return sometime.

We loved our stay at this property. Location was perfect, in a quiet section of Eagle Beach. Walkable to restaurants/coffee/shopping. Cannot beat those views from the balcony/roof terrace.

Wonderful Christmas in paradise!

We just returned from an 8-night stay and are already of thinking about a return. This was our 4th time in Aruba. We have stayed in various places but would definitely return to the Oceania facility and John's condo. It was great for our family of 4 as we had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen. The views of Eagle Beach cannot be matched from the 5th floor! We enjoyed the pool area and the beach most days. It's a quick walk across the street to the beach. If you want a palapa, get there early! We don't eat out a ton to keep the trip cost down plus kids are picky! -- It's very easy to visit Super Foods or Ling & Sons for all your grocery needs (don't forget reusable bags or you will need to purchase there). We ate dinner one night on the roof and used the grill. My only drawback is due to the amount of groceries we purchase, I needed a pantry area!

Two Weeks of Paradise

Thank you for sharing your property with us. The unit is large, clean, and had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive when the air conditioning went down and had it back running in no time. We appreciated having paper/cleaning products for our entire stay and the kitchenware was similar to what I use at home. Our favorite dinner was at Pincho's and included a stunning sunset - make reservations! Looking forward to staying her again in the future.

First time in Aruba

John’s penthouse was just as described. Amazing view and easy access to Eagle Beach. John graciously has provided chairs, umbrellas, towels, and ice chests for his guests to use. His property including the private rooftop is amazing. The location was perfect for us. There are amazing places to eat and drink within walking distance of the property. The beautiful sunsets alone made the trip worth it!

Fun in Paradise

This was our very first trip to Aruba, and it didn't disappoint! The condo is located in a very quiet part of Aruba, right on the Eagle Beach with its crystal-clear, calm waters. The condo was exactly as described/depicted. Very clean, well stocked, and spacious. Communication leading up to the trip was excellent and Aimee met us upon arrival to give us the keys and a tour of the condo. Checkout was a breeze - no lengthy list of checkout instructions. The location was ideal. Super easy to walk or taxi to other areas, but nice and quiet. There is construction going on next door, but it wasn't noisy at all and didn't bother us one bit. There were always plenty of chairs at the pool, but palapas on the beach get taken early. I can't imagine that a nicer beach and water can exist in the world! The only very minor drawbacks were the WIFI does not reach the roof or second bedroom and the dryer can only handle small loads. I highly recommend John's condo and would be thrilled to stay here again!

Awesome Sunset and Sunrise Views

The place was exactly as expected. John was a more than gracious host from the onset. We committed to the week last minute and every went as smooth as possible. The communication was excellent from the check in process to our communication via email and texts. John recommended a few different things to see and do and they were great. A few of the many positives: there were two elevators steps from the condo door which made life easier, 2 giant ice makers and top notch security. Even the taxi drive made a comment about how tight their security is all the time. We had an excellent stay and can't say enough positive things about John and Jeanie. Highly recommend!

Me and husband were guests at John’s 5th floor condo. Check in and check out was seamless. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning with an ocean view. Elevators were quick. Always got a palapa near the pool. Beach just a few steps away. We walked mostly everywhere so location is very accessible. It didn’t rain once!! We would definitely return.

White Sand Peaceful Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Oceania Residences. The Condo was sparkling clean, comfortable, and perfectly stocked. I would highly recommend this unit. The owner John made sure we were taken care of from the time we arrived until the minute we departed for the airport. Perfect beach vacation! The lush grounds and pools were fabulous too, not busy.

One happy stay

Resort is in a great location across from beach, has lots of amenities, and feels safe and secure. The unit is on top floor with roof top area as described. Elevators were fast and frequent. Clean, lots of space in the apartment and parking space is very close by. Beach chair and umbrella provided so we didn't need to pay or fight for spots on the beach. There is no restaurant inside the resort but plenty of options around the area, there is a mini mall with restaurants, a movie theater, and a Starbucks just 10 min walk away. We had a great stay, thanks for hosting us!

We have references available for prospective renters and a full time caretaker for our property. We are fair and honest people that will respond in a timely fashion to any questions or concerns you may have about Aruba or our specific Residence at Oceania. We chose this property and location without hesitancy when we rented a penthouse Condo in Oceania, a truly Luxury Condominium complex on the most beautiful stretch of Eagle Beach. Having visited and vacationed in Aruba for many years we were quite familiar with Eagle Beach. This area which lies between Manchebo Beach and Palm Beach is considered to be the most quiet and peaceful area of the Northwest part of the Island. We have come to Love and appreciate the sugar like sand and clear blue green water that Eagle Beach has to offer. The location of Oceania along Eagle Beach couldn't be more perfect. It lies at the midpoint and you can walk without obstruction for two miles in either direction along the water’s edge. Without a doubt, Eagle Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Plus the penthouse roof top allows you to watch the sunrise in the east over the island and set in the west over the water.
