Wonderful location

Located right on the beach with a very nice pool area. Unit has nice outdoor area, laundry facilities and lots of room for friends or family. Secure area and nicely maintained garden area. Comfortable beds and two sitting areas. Will return.

Perfect stay

Karen, Jorge and Jose were all wonderful hosts!! Thank you for the beautiful stay at this amazing location. Having the pool and beach so easily accessible, with gorgeous views was just what we hoped for. Just a bit away from the market and from Karen's restaurant, as well as a gelato place right around the corner, how can you go wrong? Thank you for everything we would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our 24 days at this property. Jorge was always available if we need something . The other families in the other condos were very friendly. We got to see whales almost everyday. The view was outstanding. We would stay here again.

A Mixed Bag

Pros: superb location and views. Only 5 units, we had the building and pool to ourselves. Steps to great beach. Exterior, grounds and pool immaculate. Walking easy to many shops and restaurants. Cons: hot water unit had to be repaired, no response from owner or property manager when called. A visit to property manager's place of business did initiate repairs. Took two requests to get water delivered. 2 air conditioner units (1 living room 1 bedroom) not working. Unidentifiable spoiled food found in frig. Some dishes put away dirty and bad smell in some drawers. Some towels and sheets stained or torn. Batteries leaking acid from remote. Too bad, just a bit more TLC would make this place a consistent 5 star rental.

A little piece of heaven

Third time to this property.

Large, pleasant condo with room for 6 to relax and not be sitting on top of each other. Great spot on the beach and close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, bakery and messages on the beach. A most pleasant place to relax.

Spacious accomodation, large balcony overlooking pool & ocean, great location in Bucerias. Some obvious wear and tear but overall great value.

Awesome Location

Our group of 6 adults had an excellent time at Karen's Condo. Checking into the unit was easy with help from Jorge. The parking spot for our car worked out well. The beds were a little bit hard for some in our group but others enjoyed them. The location of the condo is great! There are a bunch of good restaurants within walking distance. We would be happy to rent the unit again.

Reasonable price

Large condo right on the beach in good area of Bucerias. Not real fancy furniture or appliances but everything was there that we needed and we had plenty of room. Photos on website accurate.

Near perfect location, stunning views.

Would give five stars overall, but rendezvous for check in was a bit awkward. The location is tricky to find, but agent was friendly and accommodating. Condo is spacious and bright. It's near the center of Bucerias and close to great beach restaurants.

Great 3 bedroom/3bath Condo

Beautiful view and great location of this 3bdrm/3bath condo. Huge balcony! We saw dolphins jumping once afternoon. It is nice to have a washer/dryer and water provided. Owner was very quick to respond. I would recommend the unit to anyone going to Bucerias.

Loved it!!!

We had an amazing vacation at Karen's condo! We couldn't believe how close to everything it was! We rented a car for the two weeks we were there and had no problem visiting the towns in boths directions. There was 3 couples, so I asked Karen if we could push the twins together (in the third bedroom) and she had the property manager replace the twins with a very comfy new king size mattress for us. The condo has everything you need for your stay. We didnt end up cooking many meals as we had so many amazing, and affordable restaurants within walking distance of the condo.The property manager, Jorge, was very kind and accommodating and allowed us to check in early and was available if we needed him. We all agree that we would love to stay there again and we will deffinately contact Karen first when booking our next vacation!

Great times in Bucerias

Our family had the best time here! The condo was spacious and light and airy. We were 5 adults and never felt crowded. We spent many happy hours on the patio watching dolphins, whales, sunsets, and the stars at night. We walked on the beach every day- it’s only steps from the pool. The condo is ideally located - only a short walk from many amazing shops and restaurants. We would go back here again in a heartbeat... especially today as we have a blizzard here in Colorado! Thanks, Karen, Greg, Jorge, and Jose!

Perfect location, great condo, hassle free stay!!

A family of 4 (all adults) stayed over the Christmas Holidays. The unit was exactly as promised. Bucerias is a fantastic town, and the location of this property could not be better. Waking up every day to the sounds of the surf, and watching the sunset every night. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful Week at the Beach

This beautiful, spacious condo exceeded our expectations. The location right on the beach and within easy walking distance of town was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 parents, 2 adult daughters). We enjoyed the good restaurants and art galleries. The sunsets were photo-worthy. We were so seduced by the nearly private pool and beach that we were reluctant to venture too far. Next time! We did take a bus to Sayulita to check out the town and watch the surfers. It was fun and the bus was easy. It did make us appreciate even more our Bucerías beach with few vendors and tourists. Jorge was a very helpful property manager and fun guy. He helped us arrange taxis to and from the airport and gave us lots of expert restaurant reviews. We enjoyed visiting his art gallery and meeting his family. Karen, the owner, was easy to work with and very responsive. FYI, there are games, cards and puzzles in the condo- no need to bring your own, as I did. Wonderful week in Bucerías! Thank you Karen and Jorge.

Beautiful spacious condo.

Overall, we were very happy with this condo. The location is perfect and the size of the condo easily accommodated all of our needs. We have been going to Bucerias for many years and have always stayed near this location, so we were familiar with the local restaurants and entertainment. So happy we found this place right on the beach, and we have already booked it for our trip next year. Looking forward to staying there again.

Another amazing week.

This is my second time renting this condo. Because of it's spaciousness, location and amenities, it is a great place for a family or 3 couples or 6 friends. Because the pool is shared with only 4 other condos you feel as if you have it all to yourself. The beach as well. Even on a "crowded" day, there were only a few people scattered here and there on the beach. The location in town, with shops, restaurants and even a great bakery for bread, pastries and sit down service, makes it easy and safe to wander around by yourself without getting lost. There is a large grocery store about a mile away that has pretty much everything, should you want to cook. 3 blocks away there is an outdoor restaurant that has live music every night and down the beach in either direction you can get a massage for 20$. The kitchen is stocked enough that we had no problem cooking meals when we didn't want to go out. I can't say enough good things about this rental.
