Amazing Sunsets and Breathtaking Beauty Of The Gulf Of Mexico. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the pristine and uncrowded white sand of Indian Rocks Beach just steps away from your front door.

You will be enthralled by amazing sunsets and the breathtaking beauty of the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sunsets. The view is even more spectacular from the 7th floor corner unit as you gaze out from the living room, bedroom or private patio.

Unit was totally gutted and completely renovated in January 2020.

Unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cookware, glassware, silverware and all necessary utensils and appliances.

The Dining Room seats 6.

The Living Room has a 55 inch LCD Smart TV with built in WIFI.

Master Bedroom has a full oceanfront view with direct access to the balcony. It contains a king bed, private bath with large walk in shower, double sinks, large closet and 32 inch LCD Smart TV with built in WIFI.

The Guest Bedroom has both a queen and twin beds, with a private full bathroom with tub/shower, 32 inch LCD TV with a view of the inter coastal.

Unit contains its own full size high efficiency washer/dryer with access to telephone and internet connectivity. Living room, balcony and both bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans.

Rental includes use of the heated lap pool, chaise lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court and assigned covered parking spot.

Key access is required to enter the building and beach area.

There is a months minimum rental required for the months of January through April with other timeframe with a required minimum two-week rental.

Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Popular local dining restaurants are within a short walking distance.

There is a Nature Preserve and park directly on the opposite side of the road.

Bike and jogging trails are a few steps from the building.

For additional dining, recreation and entertainment pleasure you can visit Clearwater Beach which is just a short drive North and John's Pass, Treasure Island and St. Pete which is a 10 minute drive South.

Condo is immaculately kept. Kitchen is fully stocked with all items necessary for a most enjoyable stay. Mattresses are heavenly. Plenty of towels. Heated pool and spa were delightful. Property grounds are nicely landscaped and the neighborhood is quiet

Condo at Indian Rocks Beach

The condo was very nice and updated. The corner unit was a plus with extra windows and a great view in 2 directions instead of just straight ahead. We spent a lot of time on the patio, when not on the beach, the view was great. The entire complex is clean and pleasant. We have been coming to the area on and off for 15 years and this condo was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. We will make this condo our first choice when we come back to the area.

Wonderful Condo

My family LOVED this condo. The condo had little extra's that changed the feel from a condo to a home. The condo is very well kept and the owner expects you to treat it like you would your house. This expectation and the renters willingness to honor the wishes have created a home away from home. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen items are well kept, the balcony overlooks the ocean with a couple chairs and table. There was plenty of room to unpack and hang up or drawer use. We enjoyed the use of ceiling fans that kept the unit cool. The unit has covered parking and the complex has a small library downstairs. There is also beach access and you are able to walk to several restaurants. We can't wait until our next stay.

Perfect location for a beachfront family vacation!

Absolutely fantastic location, walking distance to some great eateries especially Cafe De Paris and Keegan’s! The building is older and currently under some renovations but this condo and unit are nothing short of 5 Stars. No need to bring anything but your sunscreen with you as they provide everything else necessary to enjoy your beachfront experience. Dorothy was extremely responsive during the process and everyone in the building was very friendly. We would setup our spot early in the morning and had no issues leaving it there through the hottest part of the day. Our 2 kids LOVED their time at the beach, and most touristy spots are within a short distance which you could either drive or take the trolley. I would highly recommend seeing the Florida botanical gardens which is a short 7 min drive as well as stocking up the the best produce anywhere at tge Pinellas County Farmers Market held on Saturday and Sunday. Get the fresh cut coconut drink, you’ll thank me!

beware they keep deposit

first of all you will not get your deposit back if you have any guest that visit also they do not return any calls. you also will have no control of the ac unit which is locked out by owners.ALSO THEY HAVE HIDDEN CAMERAS IN HALLWAY WHICH THEY CAN LISTEN IN ON YOU AND WATCH YOU AT ALL TIMES MOTION ACTIVATED DIRECTLY TO THERE CELL PHONES.INVASION OF PRIVACY LAW.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE .WILL FOLLOW UP WITH ANOTHER REVIEW IN 15 DAYS REGARDING STATUS

This location has been a family favorite for many, many years. It was such a pleasure to stay in this condo as it has been beautifully renovated and has a view that not many can experience unless you stay in a corner unit such as this! So much sunshine through every window and miles of beautiful beach. We hope to stay here again!!

Great Location with amazing view

First impressions are important. Before arriving at this condo with an amazing view, every detail was communicated to us by the owner. Questions before and during contract signing were answered immediately. Issues after arrival were addressed immediately. (Power outage left us in the dark first night.) This condo sleeps 5 and has a very well-equipped kitchen with 8 place settings and plentiful glassware and enough pots and pans and baking dishes to prepare a meal to feed all guests. Appliances are new. The lanai is great in this corner unit on the south end of the building - good breeze and front row seats for amazing sunsets. A table with four chairs and lounge chair are located on the lanai. We also took two zero gravity chairs and only had to do minimal shifting to move around. The entry door is beautiful and has a very nice screen door. On a cool day, the cross breeze between the lanai and the entry hall fills the condo with fresh air and feels invigorating. The king mattress in the master bedroom was firm without feeling hard. Seeing the beautiful view of the Gulf from bed each morning made waking up a pleasure. Indian Rocks Beach has a nature preserve across the street from the condo. A short walk on the boardwalk through the mangroves leads to the intracoastal waterway and a great place to view sunrise. Both bathrooms are well-equipped with bath towels. Several beach towels are stored in the front bedroom closet. The washer and dryer are large capacity, new, and high tech for a vacation rental. Many full-time residents live at Reflections. They are friendly and gracious towards vacationers. This property is for quiet adults who are seeking some R&R on vacation. Tips to renters: If your temperature runs hot, this may not be the place for you with no control of the thermostat and no ceiling fans (except on the lanai). The wifi is 5GHz so if you want to download books onto your e-reader, do it before you leave home or use your phone’s hotspot. If you use a lot of ice, turn the ice maker on as soon as you arrive and start filling the ice bin. If you are looking for a gorgeous, updated master bath, you will find the original (early 1980s) bath. It was clean and water pressure was great at sink and shower. Hot water was plentiful. If you do not like to follow rules, this is not the place for you. If you want to relax, stay right on the beach, take walks, and have a great view then this IS the place for you.

This condo was perfect for relaxing beachfront location . Very immaculately clean and comfortable

First the owner was very helpful both before arrival with all the arrangements and during the stay by responding very promptly to any questions. So many thanks to the owner's great communication, flexibility and well maintained unit we truly enjoyed our stay. The condominium complex is secure and also very well maintained. The condo is very spacious, clean and bright. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed including beach cart, chairs, beach towels. The view was amazing and the location just perfect with the Publix just a short drive away. We hope to vacation here again !

We loved the location

We like the area and the building. We have stayed in other condos in this building but really liked this one. The condo was everything that was promised. The owner was great to deal with. Very prompt and courteous. The condo had great new appliances and comfortable furniture. We would go back

Great March

We have been staying at Reflections for the past few years and have to say that this is the best condo that we have rented. It was very comfortable and exactly as described in the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern along with the new laundry facilities. Dorothy has provided all that you could ask for making a vacation enjoyable and relaxing. We love spending time on the beach and all the conveniences within walking distance. Looking forward to next year. Jim & Carol PA

Reflections on the Gulf, great vacation, nice location and very quiet

I usually don't write reviews but decided to. The condo was very nice and clean. The entire complex is clean and pleasant. All rooms are very well decorated and pleasant. We loved the location for us it was perfect and quiet. The corner unit was a plus with extra windows with a great view and beautiful sunsets. We spent a lot of time on the porch, when not on the beach. The owner was very nice and easy to work with (thank you Dorothy). Just a few things I would change, install ceiling fans throughout the unit as well as on the porch, the second bedroom needs additional lighting (too dark), supply beach towels. We can't wait to come back in 2016. We have truly found our "Home Away From Home".

Perfect vacation, beautifull condo, very quiet

Here are few comments about our stay at your condo - I love this place ! - It is very well decorated, kitchen is very nice to. both room are very pleasant, condo is big and spacious - the view is great, we took all our meal outside on the balcony :) - pool was very hot :) - your zero gravity chair are a little bit heavy to go to beach. so we bought 2 camping chair and 2 umbrella, we put them in the same closet so it can be used by your next client. (there was a long chair left also by previous client i think) - may be a little "set of 4" of dishes can be useful ( some time all dishes was in dishwasher ) or just a few small plate, bol - My mother and my ant liked their vacation very much and ask me to return in same place next year ! so i think we will be there next year.
