Avoid the crowds of most resorts and say goodbye to fighting for pool and beach chairs. With only half the building as rentals, Phoenix IX is the best beachfront complex for a relaxing and fun getaway, plus an excellent location.



Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacularview of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 2,350 sq ft the unit is very spacious and nicely decorated.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in the living room with flat screen TVs (and DVD players) in the bedrooms, a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy two master bedrooms with King beds, double vanities in the bathrooms, and spectacular eastern views. There are two comfortable Queen beds in the third bedroom; there is also a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the master bedroom.



Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free WiFi !!



There is an outdoor pool, with a secured kiddie pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, and state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a 12th floor indoor tennis and pickleball court.



There is a 25-year-old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix IX with all the amenities, the beach, and the luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this Phoenix condo has to offer.



Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Beautiful property and even better views. There was a view of the beach from every room. Enough room to spread out and enjoy on the rainy days also. The proximity to the beach made it easy to run back to the room if needed.

Amazing Location

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in gulf shores. The view is amazing and owner was very helpful with getting sone items out kids left behind. Will definately boon here again.

Very nice condo. Wonderful views from all three bedrooms and living room. Nice amenities. Easy access to beach. Only negative is couch in living room was not to comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great condo! Extremely spacious and windows for days. Beautiful interior design plus easy access to the beach and any other vacation entertainment. Nine of us stayed for the week, and the property was really good for both group and private time. There were a few maintenance issues, but they were more an annoyance than a problem. I’d love to stay here again.

Loved it!

This condo has the most comfortable beds! Beach was nice and not overly crowded. Beautiful views and comfy couch too! We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Condo

Beautifully decorated , great location, and everything we needed for a girls’ get together. Loved the wrap around balcony and spacious square footage. Great for those that want to kick back and relax. Will return.

First off, this is not a newly renovated condo. It was at one time a finely furnished condo but it has seen its better days. There is a disc player on the wall that is from the ‘90s and I’m thinking by the wall paper and furnishings the last renovation was in early to mid 2000s. Stained sofa and rugs and lumpy mattress. Bathrooms had mold and haven’t been deep cleaned in a long time. Old moldy Shower head! Kitchen pots and pans need to be thrown away and replaced! Outdoor furniture cushions are stained and had tears and burn holes. Dust accumulated throughout condo and if I had to guess the hvac filters had to be in horrible shape by the layer of dust on the closet doors. I shouldn’t have had to pay a cleaning fee since it had not been cleaned in a while!

Texans loving Orange Beach

Our condo was spacious and very well appointed! The views just can’t be beat! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning, noon and evening! Had an issue with A/C and Charlie got right in it. Thanks again Charlie! We will be back!

Perfect!

We really enjoyed this unit, especially the balcony. It is as described and as the photos show. It was perfect for us! Lots of room and the beds were excellent. Highly recommend! The only reason for a 4-star on cleanliness is because the rug in the very back (king) bedroom was very dirty. Needs a good cleaning. Otherwise it was perfect!

Beautiful location on the beach with very comfortable furniture overall. Kitchen faucets were broken and took 2 days to repair. Charlie was very on top of the problem. The whole condo wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be but overall it was a very relaxing week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second family vacation (my wife and I and and 3 adult children and 2 teenage children) to the Orange Beach area. We were once again very happy with our experience, and our family agreed that this property was even better then our previous. The general area is great (nice beaches with easy access from the property). The property was very much as expected from the posting. The glass windows and large balcony were spectacular! We found this property less crowded than our previous trip at a different property. We had a few minor issues but they were promptly resolved to our satisfaction (for example, the dishwasher stopped working, and it was replaced during our stay), with no fuss and with eagerness to get it right. We all agreed that we would not change anything about the trip, and would love to do the same trip again in future years. If so, we would be trying to get the exact same property!

Disappointed/Not Newly Remodeled

We travel to orange beach a lot and chose this property based on the description of the listing, the location of the property and the reviews. To say we were disappointed might be an overreaction however the property was a let down. We paid more for this unit based on the listing. When we arrived we found the unit to be unclean so We bought cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in the shower and using the toilets. The rugs were nasty and The dishwasher did not work and the repairman waste the property owners money by “making it work for a few minutes”. The previous guests dirty dishes were still in there when we arrived and smelled really bad. The location was good and there was plenty of space in the unit.

Disappointed

Communication with manager not easy. Dishwasher didn’t work. Reported it with no response. Didn’t even have right size plug for sink to do dishes. Carpet in living room was dirty. Kitchen chairs were way too heavy for a rental. Entry light didn’t work. Coffee table is a danger. Heavy glass and slides around. Unit has potential but needs to be conducive to a rental unit. Meaning furniture. Couch was very uncomfortable, all chairs were heavy rod iron. Looked nice but not practical. Wouldn’t rent this unit again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view of Gulf and beach. Disappointed with cleanliness of shower areas. All bedroom showers had lots of mold. The bed mattress in the bedroom closest to the kitchen leaned to the left and to the wall. The wood bed post is rotted, like termite damage. The whole bed needs replacing. The bed sheets and covers are old. One bed sheet had been repaired with a red straight stitching on one side and with a brown zig zag stitch on the other side. The Couric coffee machine was inoperable. The glass door and windows in the living room had not been cleaned in a long time. Smudges on door from little kids or pets were visible on the glass door going out to the balcony. The middle bathroom shower curtain was mouldy along with ceramic tiles. The third bathroom had the mould and missing caulking causing water to flow out a n d additional moulding. The apartment is well laid out and has great potential. For the price one pays to be there one expects nice furnishings and cleanliness.

Flora-Bama was close but not close enough to be disturbed by the spring break hupla. Check in was easy the view from the living room was fantastic. We will stay here again.
