Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (including TWO refrigerators) as well as a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, toaster and an air fryer. The family room has all new furniture and a new 70” TV for family movies! Swivel chairs are great for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the wonderful view. The dining table easily seats 12 with a second table that will seat an additional 4. New high speed WiFi, new wash tower for your laundry needs, cable TV in the living room and two bedrooms, and central HVAC. Ground floor bedroom features a CalKing bed and a bathroom. The second floor bedrooms consist of two rooms with a CalKing bed (one of which is a master suite with a dedicated bathroom), one room with a queen and full/twin bunkbed, and one room with two queens.
