The Outdoor patio has TV and comfortable seating for watching TV or eating Breakfast or Dinner on the Patio. A grill is also available for use.

The house is fully equipped with Linens, Pool and Beach Towels, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas for the beach.

Parking available for 3 Cars.

Great house in a fantastic location. Absolutely everything you could need is provided with the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, comfortable furnishings inside and out, bicycles, grill, plenty of towels and a great pool / deck area to soak up the sun. The owners (Larry and Sue) are great to communicate with. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!

Great House!

House is very well maintained and has just about everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. The pool is great to relax by. We had a great 4 weeks here.Plenty of room at dock for our boat.

LBK Gem!

We stayed for the month of March 2025 and had a wonderful time! The house has everything you could need for a home away from home experience. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in the pool daily. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate the family. Very clean and comfortable living space! Larry was an excellent host and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. We have already booked again for next year!

Island Escape

Seeking a retreat from the Midwest winter, I found this beautiful home on Longboat Key and it was heaven on earth. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, adding to the restful environment. The home is lovely and spacious and generously appointed with anything you could possibly need. We grilled, swam, sunbathed and walked only a few blocks for sunsets over the gulf. The hosts are top notch — lovely people who are responsive if you need anything. I wholeheartedly recommend the home. You’ll have such a wonderful experience!!!

Bayview at Longboat is THE BEST

The house is amazing! Modern, spacious, well-equipped, great pool, on the canal, close to the beach. Larry and Sue care for the property with love. They are hands on if needed (they came all the way from Texas to clean up the garage themselves after Hurricane Helene) yet they respect your privacy 100%. We'll be returning in May!!!

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the pool heater but other than that, all was great.

Lovely big home on Longboat Key

Very nice property. Spacious, very well equipped. Close to beach in a nice area. Good communication with owner - responded quickly to the one minor issue (Netflix went out - hardly a major issue.) We had a great stay, even if Florida winter weather was not up to standard during our stay.

Wonderful vacation

Loved everything about the place! Loved to walk to the beach, bike to see sunsets, kayak to Jewfish island with the dolphins, manatee and more. The house has lots to do with the pool, pool table, card table and tvs. We loved it all and will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house. We loved it.

On arrival at Larry's holiday home thought i had died and gone to heaven. Absolute perfection. We have been on vacation in florida every year for the last 20 years. Never staying anywhere which compares. The holiday home is beautiful and anyone who stays there will love it. Spotlessly clean with everything you can imagine for a great holiday. Had loads of fun playing pool. You can walk to the beach which is 2 minutes away. Almost didnt want to let people know quite how good this place is as i want to go there every year. Larry seems such a nice person. He goes out of his way to ensure you have a good time. Thanks Larry...Karl

Five Star Rental for a Great Vacation

Third year spending our 2 month winter vacation here. Very nice property, well stocked with all the necessities you could need. Felt like home. Property owner is quick to answer any questions, and help if any issues. Close walking distance to beach, or short drive to other area beaches. Many restaurants & shopping close by. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Nice heated pool and location on a canal with quick access to bay & inlet. You won't be disappointed in this vacation home.

First time visit to Longboat Key

The home was spacious. It had everything that we needed plus. The owner was very responsive. The house, pool and outside was very clean and well maintained. It was a great location on the northern part of the key. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. So many places to dine.

Very family friendly!

This home had everything you could possibly need! Very clean and family friendly. Very safe beautiful area. There is beach access within walking distance and beautiful Anna Maria Island minutes away with beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. The owner is spot on with access and any questions or issues.

Beautiful Vacation Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

This was our second winter vacation at this lovely home. Located on a quiet street in a friendly Longboat Key neighborhood. This spacious home is very nicely maintained, decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful heated pool, nice boat dock with quick access to bay or gulf inlet. Short walk to beach or 5 -10 min drive to large Coguina Beach or many local restaurants. Owners and property manager (Vickie) are very responsive if needed. Reserved again for our next year vacation! Perfect Vacation Home.

We have stayed at several VRBO homes over the years and this is the best yet. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay, from very nice furniture, to a well stocked kitchen, to the finest appliances available. Exceptional Vacation Home

This is one of those rental vacation homes that you just don't want to leave from. The home is spacious, immaculately clean, very tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a library of books, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, ice maker, large BBQ grill, pool table, large selection of music to play on the sonus sound system. The outdoor living area under the lanai is very private with an inviting pool to relax in or just to sit and read a book while enjoying the tropical landscaping. The location is great on the northern end of Longboat Key on a quiet canal and street, with a short walk or drive to local beaches without the heavy traffic of Anna Maria.Island. There also are plenty of local restaurants within a short drive. The owners, Larry & Sue and property manager Vickie are very responsive to answering questions or handling requests. Highly recommend this great vacation home. Thank you Larry, Sue and Vickie for a very enjoyable stay. Warren & Judy

Best trip I've done!

This was absolutely the best house that I've ever stayed in. Beautiful location on a quiet street on a canal. 5 min walk from a secluded beach - where only the locals go, since there is no public parking. The house is beautiful, lots of books, lots of games, a pool table, lots of little nooks for everyone to have privacy. It was well stocked, the house manager was nearby and helped and everything was perfect! We all cried when we had to leave, after a month.

Room for us all.

We were delighted with our rental on Long Boat Key. Thank you Larry and Sue, and Vickie, for preparing such a comfortable and well stocked home for our family. During our stay, our 4 kids, spouses and grandbabe came an went. The 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living spaces and the great kitchen made our revolving door vacation a seamless one. We loved the screened pool area where we spent most of our time, but also loved that the spacious house was laid out in such a way that those ‘working from home’ could have some privacy throughout the day, and also my daughter and grandson could make as much noise through the night as needed without disrupting anyone else’s sleep! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 our stay was cut in half and we had to hightail it back to Canada. We are currently working with all involved hoping to come to mutually agreeable compensation. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a beautiful beach, great sun, lot’s to do, or just some time to kick-back.

Wonderful vacation home!

This is a beautiful home on a quiet street, close to the beach. The pictures and description are spot on. There is plenty of space, the house is well provisioned and decorated really nicely. Would highly recommend it.
