Maybe you would prefer a quiet spot in the courtyard garden to read a book.

Master bathroom featuring marble tile flooring, all Hansgrohe faucets, quartzite tub deck with under mounted Hydro System whirlpool tub with inline heater, marble shower with frameless glass and rain showerhead with additional handheld showerhead , and 2 vanities with quartzite tops.
The spacious living room has ample setting for taking in the view of Nantucket Sound. Double sliding doors open to a deck with a dining table and chairs along with a lounge and side table. If it is cool when you visit, enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room.
The eat-in kitchen with the sub-zero refrigerator has all the cooking tools you’ll need.
The dining room has setting for 8 and lovely view of the water.
There are 3 additional bedrooms, a family room and 21/2 additional new bathrooms.

Very Special place for a getaway

What an outstanding property!! The view is magical and Sue the owner has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay delightful. That includes comfy beds and towels, whatever you can imagine needing in the kitchen and a great space to relax whether inside or out. The design of the house will truly give you the Cape getaway feeling. I feel so lucky to have experienced this at a time in my life when I really needed it!

House is well suited to adults and families. Amazing views and house is stocked with everything that is needed for a great stay. Really enjoyed our visit and homeowner could not be more accommodating.

Covid Christmas stay

My wife and I stayed here over christmas and new year's. It was a combo work/play, 2 week stay. We have 3 grown children and they visited with their families - spouses, 2 toddlers and 2 infants. For 2 nites there were 12 of us and the space worked wonderfully. I would like to have been here during season as there are 3 levels of decks/patio that all have views. The space worked well both for all of us and when it was just my wife and I. There are 3 bedrooms and two baths down as well as a family room and full walkout to the covered patio & outdoor shower. All of the baths have been completely redone with top of the line finishes. The kitchen is dated but functional and well equipped. The living room/dining area handled all of us comfortably and provided exceptional views. Our favorite part of the stay were the fabulous skies at sunrise we saw from the master bedroom and living room. We didn't really discover this until the end of our stay but the sunsets were just as spectacular from the beach in front of our unit but a short drive to the Mashpee town beach is worth it as it exposes the entire western sky. Sue, our host was very responsive and helpful and the house was well equiped with everything vacationers would need.

A very comfortable place close to the beach

What looks like a suburban house from the cul-de-sac is actually quite private, quiet and comfortable, with a restful, open view of the Nantucket Sound (just beyond the golf course). HVAC system was particularly impressive: precise and very quiet. Host was extremely responsive. Plenty of kayaks and bicycles. Only downside: the house could use a second TV downstairs. And the location makes traveling to the mid-Cape and beyond a bit inconvenient. But no shortage of local hiking trails or beach walks, Easy access to supermarkets--and don't miss Smitty's ice cream.

Idyllic spot, beautiful home, amazing time!

My family stayed for a month at this wonderful property and had the time of our lives! The home was incredible; it was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We loved being able to use the bikes to explore Poppy and the private beach was outstanding. There were also kayaks. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax (4 porches!) We loved the ocean and golf course views. We were so comfortable and happy...wish we were still there!

Relaxing stay

My family had a great time and loved our stay here. The condo is well maintained and was recently renovated. Situated in a quiet area and we walked a short distance to the beach. Great view of the beach and the golf course from the deck as well. . Close to the beach and a short drive to Chatham. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Would recommend staying here if you want a quiet week by the beach.

Impeccably maintained, fab views, great owners!

My family stayed here last summer and it was the most relaxing week! The owners have kept the property up so nicely, with recent updates to the bathrooms we felt like we were staying at a spa. It was just a quick walk to the beach, which was not in the least bit crowded. When we weren't enjoying the beach or the gorgeous views from the property we took the bikes out for cruises. The owners were wonderful to deal with and very accommodating.

Gorgeous view and clean home!!

Awesome Getaway!! My friends and I had a fabulous stay at this home. The home very clean and we appreciate the included amenities. It was nice to not pack towels and beach chairs that take up so much room in a car. We spent most of our time at the beach and enjoying dinner and cocktails on the two decks. The owner was great to work with and answered our questions very quickly. We will definitely be back again!

Spectacular Views! Beautiful Home!!!

I loved staying here! It was so convenient to the beach. My friends and I loved having dinner with the view of the ocean! the views are spectacular and the house is beautiful! We could not have had a better time!!
