Sea Gull Condominiums unit 404L is a fourth floor one bedroom one bath vacation rental. There is a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or the private balcony. View the resort size pool from the bedroom which is furnished with a king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. There is a 42" flat screen TV in the living room and the couch makes out into a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Tile floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedroom. Condo sleeps 4. *Changes have been made to the condo and may not be as pictured. New pictures will be added soon
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

View was great. Giant TV blocks some of the view. Master tub/shower combo needs updating. Kitchen was fine. Recommend replacing Teflon skillets. We came for the beach ! Condo was comfortable and clean.

The condo was clean and roomy, but the ocean view was spectacular and the balcony chairs VERY comfy!

We enjoyed this property and would stay at the Sea Gull Condos again … hopefully in the VERY near future :)

Met our needs perfectly

The view is outstanding - just what we were looking for! It is very comfortable, clean and neat. The chairs and canopies provided on the beach were an added bonus.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Check in was quick, everything is well organized. Called management about problem with the kitchen sink and they responded quickly to fix the problem.

Lots of dust and other people's stuff

The room hadn't been clean that well. Lots of dust and other people's stuff under the bed. Also there was no air vent filter and a bunch of dust built up that you can see very clearly.

Good overall, but check in process delayed us to our room by 90 minutes

We arrived at 4:00 only to be told our room was not ready, but once it was, they would give us a call. We were not called until 5:30 some 90 minutes after check in hour. There was another couple who like us were also delayed. Everything else was great, just hope you can address the root cause of delayed check in. There were no apologies, seems like it is a normal occurrence. Keep in mind the staff was very good during our stay, very courteous.

We have a very hard-working and dedicated team doing their very best to clean and prepare each condo to the highest standards to give our guests the greatest experience. Unfortunately, at this time we are very short-handed and in high demand, making this a greater challenge to get every guest's unit cleaned right on the 4 o'clock dot. Also, please keep in mind that check-in's begin at 4, but we can't guarantee the unit will be ready to go right at that time. We do understand the frustration in waiting for your unit to be cleaned and we truly appreciate your patience with us during these difficult times! Beautiful stay!

The room was great. Right on the beach. We were able to go back and forth several times in a day. The property has a beautiful pool and relaxing patio area with a fire pit. The wild life was amazing. FYI keep your balcony closed while cooking or the sea gulls will flock. Lol. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will be returning in the future. Thank you.

Sea Gull staff was Great

Sea Gull Staff and management were great! Room view was beautiful, BUT... the king bed was hard as a rock. Our back is still hurting. We checked out a day early because of the bed being so hard. Also the dish washer in this unit is on it's last leg, the bathroom faucet is loose and the shower is extremely slippery. We are asking for a partial refund. The owners of this unit furnished it with the cheapest possible bedding, furniture, utensils, etc?? Made this a difficult and unpleasant trip

Nice place but needs facelift

Nice place but needs to be updated . The pictures online look way better than in person . Furniture was scuffed and dated . Old fridge and appliances . Beach was beautiful . Crowded with tons of cars .
