The well-appointed kitchen is centrally located with vaulted ceilings, Viking appliances and a detached island with bar height seating that opens to the casual dining area and large living and family rooms. Entertaining is made easy - with an indoor formal dining room and outdoor dining, and cozy fire pit, adjacent to the Jacuzzi spa & pool. The backyard offers breathtaking mountain views to the east and west. Lay back and relax with a soothing outdoor experience by softly swaying your body back and forth, side to side, in our hanging chaise lounge chair or chilling on the sofa next to the outdoor fireplace with sublime views of backyard. Two of the bedrooms offer office desks for checking your emails or writing your next novel. All bedrooms with outdoor views, too! Relax in the sumptuous master suite boasting a fireplace, a spa-like bath with views while soaking & over-sized walk-in shower. Master Suite has vaulted ceilings, its own access to the pool/spa and bathroom with dual vanity sinks and large walk-in closet. Junior En-suite Bedroom Two has mountain views as well as view of the rock garden landscape and a private bath with a shower/tub. Bedrooms Three and Four also have mountain views and access to a shared bathroom that features two sinks and a walk-in shower and separated access with sliding barn door to toilet and shower to provide privacy while others use the vanities. Bedroom 5 is adjacent to the kitchen and laundry room and is near a bathroom with walk-in shower that offers easy access to the pool/spa from laundry room. Each bedroom has its own TV. Internet & Wi-Fi included. The home also offers attached three car garage with plenty of driveway space for additional parking and the home is located in this quiet secluded cul-de-sac. Our home is within walking distance of many hiking trails.

Even though weather was cool, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost every day because they were heated to comfortably warm/hot temps. The house was well equipped with paper goods, garbage bags, soaps and even shampoo, and the owners provided lots of pool towels. Kitchen was fabulous, and we stayed during a time when the fruit trees were producing. While we had to drive to get to most places, the neighborhood isn’t that far from Indian Canyons (a beautiful place to visit), and there are a couple of local trails to walk to from the house. And drives to shopping and local restaurants were usually under 10 minutes.

Highly Recommendable

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, hosted by wonderful people. We loved our stay, and appreciated Dan and Sue’s attention to every detail, from the extensively stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and luxurious bath towels. Sue had even set the dining table for our Thanksgiving feast! We have stayed in several different property rentals in Palm Springs, and my family decided this home was by far our favorite!

Perfect Vacation

Our family enjoyed the beautiful house inside and out. The house has a great floor plan and always felt like there was plenty of space. We all enjoyed the many hikes within walking distance. The pool and spa were a huge hit ! We hope to return for another family vacation!

Gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood

My family stayed here over Christmas and New Years, and it couldn’t have been a more ideal place to spend the holidays. The house is immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were clean, well-kept, and the perfect temperature. Dan and Sue were excellent hosts, and had thought of so many things we could need over our stay. They even decorated for Christmas for us! Plenty of space for 10 people to have a relaxing vacation. The house is also walking distance to two great trails, and a quick ride away from Palm Canyon. What an amazing house, and wonderful stay!

Great place for a family reunion!

Relaxing Oasis

Absolutely loved the neighborhood! Close to hiking trails and downtown. The house and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for 2 families. The hosts, Dan and Sue, were delightful! Couldn’t have been happier with our experience! We will definitely go back for a future vacation!

Lovely home and so clean!

This was an excellent place to stay! Sue met us when we arrived and everything was as advertised. We really appreciated the cleanliness and that all the paper products, shampoos/soaps and condiments were included. Beautiful Home

This was our second time staying at the property. The house is very clean and well decorated. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Neighborhood is quiet. Pool and spa are great and the outdoor furniture is also very comfortable. Owners are amazing and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our relaxing time in the desert and hope to return again.

Spectacular home!

This home is amazing! The location, layout and bedrooms were perfect for our two families of 10 people. It is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and surprisingly stocked with anything you could ever need. We swam in the pool and hot tub all day, and sat by the huge fire pit all night. All of the guests loved the multiple lounging and dining areas inside and out. Thank Sue and Dan for an incredible week! We will definitely be back.

Perfect house!

We hosted our daughter’s wedding at our home and wanted our Spanish family to stay nearby. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. When the family arrived after a long journey they were completely amazed. Other than being beautifully decorated and immaculate the owners provided the guests with every possible need. For them it was a classic Palm Springs experience! I could not have been more pleased with our choice. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent House

I rented this beautiful house for my family of 5. The house was very clean. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There is a nice pool and spa and our kids, 3-8 years old, spent hours swimming every day. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we enjoyed a few early morning walks. The owners were great and easy to get in contact with. You can tell they take pride in their home and they made sure we were happy with our stay. We plan to rent this property again.

Relaxing Private Luxury Hideaway

We had a wonderful experience at this home. First night, we had a power outage for about an hour in the neighborhood, maybe all of Palm Springs. But owners were helpful, contacted the power company and kept us up to date. After that the trip was smooth sailing. House is beautifully decorated, yet furniture is extremely comfortable. Pool and spa in great working order and very private spacious backyard. Kitchen is fully equipped! Espresso machine was the buzz in the morning! Totally would recommend this pad, and will probably go back.

Beautiful and Peaceful

The house was as pictured and featured every kitchen appliance you could think of. Spent majority of time at the pool due to Covid, but probably would have done the same without Covid as the pool was wonderful. Sue and Dan were exceptional and the most responsive owners I have ever dealt with, and the welcome basket was great, filled with goodies that everyone could use. Very quiet neighborhood and understand the no outdoor music, but it was refreshing to hear the birds and enjoy the scenery. The fire pit was a nice feature after the sun went down. Comfortable bedding and nice towels, the washer and drier came in handy. First class rental experience.

A Wonderful Place

A wonderful home. I would highly recommend it. Sue and Dan are responsive and detail oriented hosts. I have stayed at a number of large homes with many moving parts over the years. Usually there are small inconveniences ( a drain not working or something similar). Not at this home. Impeccable attention to detail. Everything worked perfectly. From the remote for the hot tub to the nicest espresso machine (full of beans of course) I've ever used. Additionally the place is very well stocked with necessities. Plus, the location is good for golf and hiking and close enough to downtown and top notch restaurants.

AMAZING and GORGEOUS HOME!

My family & I spent Thanksgiving week In this absolutely fantastic home! The very spacious well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast. The ice cream maker was a big hit with my granddaughters, which they promptly placed on their Christmas list! The open floor plan was delightful and the furniture was comfortable and abundant. The yard was beautiful with a lovely pool and spa and plenty of lounge chairs and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The decor in all the rooms was lovely and the sprawling layout was enjoyed by all. We loved the the neighborhood and its location to at least two great hiking trails.within walking distance, which we took advantage of during our stay. Our hosts, Sue and Dan, were very gracious and were always ready to answer questions. Thank you, Sue and Dan for everything! Desert Paradise

What a perfect week! Sue and Dan met us at check in and gave us a detailed introduction to the property. They also had a lovely gift basket waiting for us with wine, snacks, and other goodies. We spent the week with my sister’s family so we had a total of 9 people and 3 dogs. The house fit all of us with room to spread out. We barely left the property. The backyard is truly a paradise. The kids had a blast in the pool. The adults spent hours in the jacuzzi with cocktails in hand. I loved floating on the bright yellow raft staring up at the palm trees and gorgeous snow topped mountains. We had lovely walks and hikes with the dogs right from the property with no need to get in a car. The one day we ventured out was to have a girls shopping day in downtown Palm Springs which was super convenient. Nights were lovely too. We relaxed by the fire pit, took a night swim, grilled delicious meals on the BBQ. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The house is so beautifully decorated with every amenity. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks Sue and Dan!

Excellent Luxury Palm Springs Home

Sue and Dan were excellent hosts. They have thought of everything you could possibly need or want in their lovely luxury Palm Springs home. Sue and Dan went above and beyond. When we told them we were bringing a one year old they bought a full sized crib and set it up for our grandson- this really made our trip because he was super comfortable and able to keep his routine. A lovely gift basket and a bottle of wine greeted us. Our family had a wonderful two weeks - enjoying the views, the pool and hot tub, the well stocked kitchen, the nearby hikes and all the space in this large open floor plan. We especially liked the privacy and secluded feeling in the back yard. I have rented many many homes over the last 20 years and this house was by far the best stocked. It felt like they thought of everything a visitor could need- down to robes and slippers in every bedroom. I'm so happy that we chose this house over several we were looking at. Since this is Covid times, we cooked all our meals in the super duper kitchen and spent most of our time at the house. We didn't need to be super close to downtown as we may have wanted to during another time. It was very easy to get to town, less than 5 minutes and we really loved being so close to so many wonderful hikes. The neighborhood was very nice and the views out of every area of the home are spectacular. Anytime we visit Palm Springs in the future--this is our place!

Very comfortable, well-supplied home

Three generations of our family (8 people in total) stayed in this beautiful home for a week in early August 2021. We were met by the owners, Sue and Dan, upon our arrival, and they gave us an excellent orientation to the home's features. The home was very well stocked with extensive kitchen supplies, multiple kinds of coffee makers, towels, toiletries, basically everything one needs to get settled in. Sue and Dan also provided a very nice welcome gift basket including some snacks, drinks and lotions. The house itself is very comfortable. It is all on one level, which is convenient. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two have a jack-and-jill bathroom, and one bedroom has hallway access to a bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, and there is a multitude of pillows. available. The house has kind of two vibes. The area of the house near the pool, including the kitchen and family room is very large, open and comfortable. We spent most of our time in this area and out by the pool. The dining room and living room, which are adjacent to the family room, are decorated very formally, like out of Architectural Digest. The pool is large, well-stocked with floaties, and very pleasant to swim in. It was hard to get our grandchildren to leave the pool. The deck surrounding the pool was very comfortable also, with multiple comfortable sitting and reclining options. The yard also has a barbecue grill, which we made use of. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which is nice, and the house itself is very private. Stores, shops, and downtown are just a 10-12 minute drive away. We were also pleased to find a Tesla charger in the garage, which was very handy for us. We drove to Palm Springs from the SF Bay Area in our Tesla Model 3, our first long-distance trip in the car. Knowing we could recharge in the garage was very reassuring. All in all, Sue and Dan's house made for a very relaxing stay for our family. The owners seemed very attentive to making sure all of our needs would be met. We recommend this house very highly.

Perfection

This Palm Springs property is truly perfect. The hosts are meticulous with every detail of the house, from the quality of the furnishings to the inclusion of just about anything you might need. The pictures, although good, really don’t capture how beautiful the place is. We will certainly be back!

You'll enjoy access to downtown Palm Springs, golf courses and tourist sights, with the ability to retreat to a very comfortable upscale mid-century modern house which is finely appointed. The house offers an open living and family room area, 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, a covered sun patio and inviting pool area with a spectacular mountain view! In the kitchen, we offer our guests many options for coffee; including a state of the art Breville Barista Espresso and Cappuccino Machine; for enjoying your coffee and perfecting your inner Barista! We also offer a Keurig, the original single-serve brewer and coffee beverage brewing system with a variety of K-cups, as well as, a French Press for those who enjoy a coffee of a coarser grind (about the consistency of kosher salt) than drip brew coffee filter. We aim to please with coffee and tea, which is complimentary during your stay. The kitchen has every small appliance including, Osterizer Blender, juicer, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Rice Cooker, Cuisinart Food Processor, Crock Pot. Toaster Oven, Soda Stream, electric skillet, Cuisinart Fondue Pot, Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and Martini Cart.
