Welcome to 'Summer Luvin'! You will without a doubt be 'Luvin' summer in this house! Professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings and a coastal theme throughout. Large open kitchen, dining, and living area that is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Five spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. Upgraded features throughout this brand new home, including granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, & laminate wood floors. Exterior amenities include 3 furnished balconies, a private pool with a furnished deck, and an enclosed exterior shower.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Amazing place

This place is really great, so close to beach, house and pool very clean, stocked well in kitchen, would definitely go back, loved it

Nice beach location

We had three families staying here and we’re fairly comfortable. The beds’ sizes worked well for multi-family stays. Bathrooms for each bedroom were nice. The walk to the beach was easy (walking past a small public parking lot and about 3 homes, maybe?) Not far. Parking worked for four vehicles and three golf carts but like most places in Surfside, it’s one ling skinny driveway with parking under house. Pool was nice with trees providing some shade. You could swim in shade or in sun. That was nice. A grill would be a nice addition but it isn’t typical in this area. The homes are turned o er weekly and have few comfy extras. Adequate supplies but no extras like games, puzzles, books, or sand toys. If guests leave them, I suspect they are removed to keep things neater. I understand but in other VRBO homes those things are nice. Bring your coffee filters so you don’t have a rough first morning. :) We had a roof leak issue in the double Queen room. It ruined one day of our trip. I did not feel that the real estate company responded in any way that recognized our inconvenience. They sent someone hours later who was a plumber and he said to us, “this isn’t a plumbing problem.” To which we agreed. Luckily it didn’t rain again. We moved the bed away from hole in ceiling. The next day we were sent new bedding. The mattress cover had protected the mattress. Overall we had a nice time. Surfside Beach is a wonderful location.

A 4.5 out of 5 and Here is Why

House is a 3 minute walk to the beach and has a great layout for our family, which included grandparents, 4 sets of parents and 4 adult "children" from 18-24. Pros: Perfect location, lots of king-sized beds, 3 balconies (deeper than our previous rentals in Surfside, so more spacious), plenty of plates/cups, bathroom for every bedroom, BOTH a drip coffee maker and a keurig, a pot large enough to cook corn on the cob available Cons: Missing some basic items in the kitchen and when you rent a house of this size, the intention for a family is usually to do some cooking. We did not have: a pitcher, a 2 quart pan, NO COOKING KNIVES...not even one although there were 2 sharpening steels, no hairdryer (which I didn't expect, but others in the house thought that would be standard), broken vegetable peeler, broken electric can opener (who uses those anyway), shower curtain so moldy that we had to buy bleach. Need small containers for leftovers. Houses are completely stripped now, possibly due to COVID 19, so there isn't even salt and pepper in the house. Usually you'll find some useful things left by the previous tenant like a roll of foil or napkins. Then you supplement and leave a few things for the next people. Nothing now, so everything has to be brought in to stock the house. Beds have a sheet and a cotton quilt spread. If you need something warmer, bring blankets. The room with the bunk beds have horrible mattresses. I guess they will be fine of little kids, but we had young adults on 2 beds and they ended up sleeping on the couch. No floor mats in the bathrooms. Bring your own unless you do not mind stepping out on bare floor. Lots of palmetto bugs at night on the decks. Bring bug spray. No beach gear or grill unless you rent with VayK. Hpwever, we were surprised that someone had left a small charcoal grill on the premises. Sea Star Realty left a nice little welcome packet with salt/pepper and a few small samples. Thank you. However, we called about the lack of knives on arrival day (Sat) and didn't receive knives until Thursday. We had to call for a clogged sink as well and we had someone to clean it out within 24 hours, so that was good.

Vacation 2019

We were disappointed that the house was not ready when we got there at 4. The cleaning service left a bedroom unfinished. Overall it was very nice and close to the beach. There was an adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We assumed that a grill was on the property and therefore, made no arrangements to rent one. There were none available for us the whole week. A little disappointing for the family. It would be nice to have had a listing of what was on property so as to help with packing basic essentials. We all had a good time and I would recommend the house. It was a quiet area
