You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs in this ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a king in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest room. There are two TV's,(large flat screen HD in living room), a DVD player, a VCR and a stereo that plays your IPOD player. Carpet throughout the bedrooms and tile along the kitchen/living room. A fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The unit has a brand new washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.

*May not be suitable for families with children under 5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean, but very outdated. Not just decor, but in need of a comfortable couch. If you did not sit on the cushion right in the middle you felt the wood frame. Which was nearly impossible because the cushions moved with every move. No headboard in master bedroom. Did not even have a hair dryer. It would not take a lot of money to make this a great condo. We may rent at Summerhouse again, but not this unit.

We where with family and they were in rooms all over the complex (17 total). We visited many of these condos and it was obvious that our condo had not been updated in the way that most of the others had. We had what we needed but it was like staying at grandmas house with old hang me down furnishings. The washer sounded like a jet engine when we used it. However the Summerhouse complex and staff was great.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, had some bugs in kitchen throughout the week. There are no headboards on any of the beds, the TV in the master was really old, the furniture is out of a 1960s hotel and very unattractive. The living room furniture is actually patio furniture and not comfortable. Will not stay here again unless they upgrade. The stove had coils!! The vacation rental you're paying almost $3,000 a week for should be nicer than the home you live in!!! Disappointed...

Kitchen supplies are adequate but very cheap and excessive duplicates. Slider screen needed to be replaced. Fire extinguisher had not been checked since 2014.

Very uncomfortable furniture, kitchen cabinets falling apart, Formica countertops that have been painted where scratched. The master bathroom smells and the shower layout is very awkward. The mattresses need to be replaced. All pools were not heated

Great Stay

We spent a week in this unit during the last week of June. Was a clean, well maintained, comfortable two bedroom unit. Very convenient to pool and beach. Not the Ritz Carlton but great for a family beach vacation. I will return in the future.
