Beach Reunion is proud to bring you the stunning “Touched by the Sun!” The stylish and classical design, updated inside and out in 2026, is a true Mediterranean vision. The location cannot be beaten, sitting just 100 yards from the private beach. The travertine pool deck features brand new lounge chairs with plush cushions and an outdoor grilling area for afternoon cookouts poolside. The pool is like new with a beautiful white plaster finish. Seasonally heated from October 1 to May 1, the 25 x 14 pool can handle a bathing load of 20 comfortably when the beach time is over for the day.



Upon entry, guests will find the living area and kitchen conveniently located just inside providing ease of entry with groceries and luggage. The open floor plan is spacious and features stunning architectural archways throughout. Relax in the living room on the plush leather sofas seating 8 comfortably. Extra chairs are arranged for family gatherings and movie nights on the 55" flat screen TV. Plantation shutters provide maximum privacy or can be opened to see the swimming pool or let in the beautiful Florida sunshine.



In the kitchen, stainless steel Viking appliances are perfectly designed for the most meticulous of chefs. There are two dishwashers and a standalone ice maker. The rich cabinets are fully stocked for every cooking need with place settings for 28 guests. When it’s time to dine, gather at the bar, dining room table or head outside to the Polywood table and chairs for your family meal together.



When you’re ready to turn in for the night, the first floor has a King Suite with a large private bathroom. Just in the foyer, there’s another full bath to accommodate the built in bunk room which sleeps 3 and is finished in beautiful white paneling. Don't overlook yet another queen over queen custom-built bunk tucked into the media room, perfect to get away from all the living room hustle and bustle.



The new stackable full-size washer and dryer are on the first to handle your laundry needs. There is a second full size refrigerator for extra storage in the foyer area.



Awaiting you on the second floor is a game room with a television, pool table, and high top bar table with seating for two. This is the perfect spot for a game of cards or overlooking the neighborhood or pool from the balcony. Down the hall, guests will find three King Suites, each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV.



Located on the third floor are 3 additional guest bedrooms. First, a custom-built bunk room with two full-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk that sleeps a total of 6 guests and has its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are King Suites complete with private bathrooms, one of which features a shower/tub combo. Space is no issue in any of the sleeping quarters, there's LOTS of room to spread out!



The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and a little white chapel. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.



* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

* Parking for 6 vehicles.

* Weddings/Events –Not Permitted on the Private Beach Access. (Small Events at the Home Permitted)

* Tents or canopies are NOT allowed on private beach.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

Beach Chairs: Complimentary beach service is offered for from March 1st - October 31st. Service includes 4 chairs and and 2 umbrellas set ups daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. * Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

Interaction with Guests:

All guests check in at the property any time after 3:00 p.m. central. Our concierge or an office staff member will greet you within 48 hours to go over orientation of the house. The concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other services prior to your visit or during your stay.
