Kokomo II is a gorgeous Gulf front home located approximately three miles west of Highway 59. This two-story home has a covered parking area for your convenience. The stairs lead you to the north side entry, with the main level featuring an open living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen as well as in-unit laundry. The living area has a simple, yet elegant interior decor with subtle beach-themed touches. Cozy up on one of the comfortable sofas and watch your favorite sit-com on the flatscreen TV while any of your guests prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The private deck offers an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals, a couple of beach chairs, perfect for sunbathing, and direct beach access. The parrot head guest bedroom with hand-painted charms features a queen bed. The second guest bedroom on the northwest side of the home has two bunk beds. Everybody should know a place like Kokomo.

This vacation rental is less than three miles from downtown Gulf Shores where you can find a plethora of dining options such as Janino's Pizza, De Soto's Seafood Kitchen, Shrimp Basket Gulf Shores, Waffle House, and many more! The Gulf State Park is close and it boasts two miles of powdery sands, the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico, scenic biking and hiking trails, and even freshwater lakes you can explore in a kayak. The Park at OWA is a well-known amusement park featuring thrilling rides such as the Air Racer, Crazy Mouse, Freedom Flyer, and more and it's only 14 up north.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
