Plus, with family time at the top of mind, Mai Tai'd includes two (2) gulf-front decks, allowing the family to capture any beachy mood of the Gulf waters, including frequent dolphin visits. Mai Tai'd also offers a private boardwalk, an easily accessed amenity to make your beach walk a breeze.

Upon entry to the main floor of Mai Tai'd, guests are greeted by sweeping views of the Gulf through the virtual wall of windows illuminating the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with natural light. Out on the main, covered deck, you will find various seating options and access to the private boardwalk to the beach.

Downstairs to the left, you will find a bunk room, a king bedroom complete with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom, and another hallway bathroom. The downstairs hallway is also home to the laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer. At the top of the stairs, a twin bed with a twin trundle is built into an open-air loft area. Upstairs includes a gulf-facing king bedroom with a private deck, another king-appointed bedroom, and a shared bathroom between them.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are, unfortunately, not welcome. RVs and motor homes are not permitted.
