You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from Sea-N-Suds, just under a mile east of The Hangout, and a quick drive from the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf on Highway 59. The serene expanse of Gulf State Park - where you can kayak, fish, and take long walks on nature trails - is immediately east, the Craft Farms Golf Club is less than six miles north, and the shops and entertainment of The Wharf are seven miles northeast.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds. The showers had great pressure and the hot water was instant. Had a few issues however all was taken care of. Will be back again.

Exceptional Rental!

Beautiful rental unit with classy decor. Extremely clean. Unit is updated and has nice appliances. The Vacasa app was very helpful and it was great to have a keypad so we didnā€™t have to deal with picking up keys or passing keys around the family. Wonderful facility with a very clean pool and nice beach right outside. 9.5/10.

Enjoyable

The furniture was comfortable and the appliances were in better shape than previous condos. The two main areas we were disappointed with was there were not smart TVs in every room and not even in the living room. We couldnā€™t enjoy shows with our family in the evenings because of this. The room that has a window that faces the outdoor hallway needs curtains. Outside the front door is a super bright security light, making that room extremely bright at night. Please add curtains to that room and a smart tv to the living room. These two things would make the condo significantly better.

Good place to stay.

Our family loved this place. A few things need replaced.....doorbell, master bedroom mattress, kitchen chair & finish the paint job. The refrigerator was apparently messing up an a guy came to fix it but just helped himself right in, which we didnt like. We had small children & young girls....couldve became a big issue. No phone call, email or message about it either. Overall nice place.

Great Place for a Large Family

This place was extremely spacious and had all the amenities we need as a family of 6. There was plenty of privacy and enough room for everyone to be together for meals, TV, or on the balcony. My only complaints are minor. The master bedroom box springs is broken. We couldnā€™t move in the bed without it waking everyone up it was so loud. The shower heads in the master bath are falling apart and the jacuzzi tub doesnā€™t work. The rest of the amenities were great. The beach access is awesome. The location is away from all the crowds.

Great Location

Right on the beach!!! Condo was clean and large. One bathroom and one tv had no electricity. After checking the breaker panel we called management and was told maintenance would call and come out to fix but we never heard back from them. We were disappointed that front balcony was roped off and unusable. We used Ikeā€™s Beach Service to rent our beach chairs and umbrellas and that service was top notchā€¦thank you Matt!! Overall we had a great trip to Gulf Shores and would stay there again.

Poor Conditions

This property should not be rented again until the master bed is fixed you canā€™t sleep on it makes to much noise. The balconies are closed the pool is closed and you canā€™t use the fitness room. The furniture is in horrible condition. Chairs are broke and the light out side the door shines in the one room all might. I could say more but I wonā€™t.

Happy Family

Check in was pretty easy. They send you a message and you say your here. They send you the code, go to the room and punch it in and your ready for your vacay to begin. Rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfy. I will definitely miss the comfy bed. It was nice and clean. Loved the spacious balcony and the view was amazing. The elevators were a bit of a pain. We sometimes had to wait a while before we were able to get on. Just 2 elevators and they were pretty hot too. I recommend taking trash bags. They only left us 2 and they do not give you extras. They told me it wasn't like a hotel. We have never stayed in a place like this so next time we can be more prepared. The jetted tub wasn't working but we probably wouldve never used it anyway. Overall it was a great stay. The pool was great. The walk to the beach was short. There is a market up the road a couple blocks and the hangout place is a mile away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this condo very much.

No pool

The property had a damaged pool deck from the tropical storm, so we had to go the whole week with no pool for our four kids under six. There is no way we would have come if they would have told us the pool would be closed. You can't bring four kids that small to the beach for more than an hour or two each day, so we ended up spending almost the whole vacation stuck inside. It was a disaster. Totally different than what was described, and the property management company would not return our phone calls or emails.

Nice unit, well done except the kitchen was minimally stocked (4 glasses only) and lacking a lot of basics. The washer was totally unusable and had previous complaints. The front door lock did not function well.

Family Reunion

Vacasa was super accommodating. Somebody responded promptly every time I texted, prior to trip and during. The unit was very spacious for our 10 adults and 2 babies, off and on all week. The only negative things I'll add are that there are only 6 chairs at the dining table and 2 bar chairs. šŸ¤” Would have appreciated some plastic bowls with lids to store leftovers. There was only one small bowl. The sleeper sofa was worse than most sleepers. So uncomfortable that it couldn't be slept on. Overall though, it is a very nice unit! Management was great! Oh, I was told prior to arrival that no additional parking passes beyond the 2 per unit, were allowed and couldn't even be purchased. When we arrived, we were offered to purchase an additional parking pass for $50. Angie, the parking attendant, was very friendly and informative. Was a nice welcome.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Absolutely loved the place! We would definitely stay here again, the place was clean and if we had any questions the property manager was also very prompt at getting back to us. Check in and check out was the simplest Iā€™ve ever experienced.
