Spring Break Trip

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful spring break. It was clean and nice and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend for 4 people looking to have a great time!

Love this place!

I always stay at Sonoran Sea , it is the most relaxing resort in town, yet close to many restaurants. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities necessary for a beautiful relaxing weekend at the beach. Thank you!

Perfect

The condo comfortably fit four adults and two kids. It had everything we needed and the team at the resort was extremely kind. We appreciated the water service, small shop, staff and the quick walk to the beach. Location also had some restaurants and shops within easy walking distance that allowed us options for meals and fun drinks. We would definitely book again!

Sonoran Sea VRBO

We always enjoy our stay at the Sonoran Sea. The condo was clean and well appointed. We will be back. There is a newer steakhouse "Garufa" just outside the security gate we had not tried previously. All aspects, location, service and food were exceptional at a very reasonable cost.

Beautiful view

It could use some updates, the patio furniture is rusting but comfortable. The coffee table had a broken leg but did not hinder use.

Beautiful View Comfortable

Beautiful View Comfortable Condo. A few items need fixing, MB bath sinks drainage, front door key and door lock sticks. Didn't have a chance to tell front desk until departure, so cannot rate maintenance. Everything else was great!

Oceanfront condo

The view from the condo is perfect! The best part of the place was the balcony and the views. Beds and couches were ok. It was nice to have a kitchen but it was missing some key items like kitchen towels to do dishes or dry your hands. There were no kitchen trash bags and no dust pan for the broom. We would have loved a binder with some info on the condo and the area. This would haves helped since the fridge and stove were off when we got there. Thankfully we figured out we had to switch a breaker on. Overall the condos in a good area with walkable great restaurants and the ocean right out your door.

Condo review

No: kitchen towels, dish rag, salt/pepper/spices, Kleenex, Kitchen not stocked. Of the 3 ice cube trays 2 were cracked couldn't use. Toilet leaked in second bath, second bed and pillows were awful, light in living room doesn't work, pull cord on fan on deck broken, bench on deck was ripped no good, locks on front door/screen door need replacing were extremely hard to open/lock. Sliding screen door to patio needs to be fixed. Master bathtub doesn't drain. We have stayed at Sonoran Sea before but would not recommend this condo.

A lovely week at Sandy Beach. The resort is beautiful and spotless and the beach is amazing with very few rocks directly in front of the complex. It was nice and quiet this time of year, and we got wonderful massages and enjoyed buying empanadas, tamales and fun souvenirs from the beach vendors. The unit is near the elevator and is close to the pools and beach. The space itself could use a few updates. Someone must have smoked heavily in this unit at one time and you can still smell it. The shower in the primary bath has absolutely no water pressure and took forever to get hot. The comforters and pillow covers were really old, cheap and kind of threadbare, and the furniture and decor was all old and pretty faded. There should be beside lamps in the second bedroom, and a lamp on each side of the bed would be nice in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom had a bedsheet thrown over the curtain rod instead of a curtain. I don't understand why owners don't provide some decent hangers for guests who are renting by the week. It is such a small thing, but so nice to have. None of these are major issues (other than the terrible shower, which was really a drag after a day on the beach), but the whole place just felt kind of cheap and dated. Three stars for the unit and five stars for the complex.

We had a wonderful time at the resort but the condo needs work!

Easy to rent, but condo needs work. Bed squeaks, only lamp there is is broken snd tub/shower faucet makes noise. Someone should check out utensils. Will rent in resort again but not that place

Sonoran Sea Resort

We had a great time!!! Beautiful views from the condo - 4th floor - perfect. Took a taxi into the Port and shopped. All the vendors were very nice and not pushy. Restaurants close to the Sonoran Sea Resort, within walking distance. Ocean water was still fairly warm in November. The experience was overall wonderful!!!!

Great condo with beach and bars

Love this resort. Great beach and walking distance to three restaurants. The food at the restaurant at the resort is excellent as well. Best part, the check in process doesn’t take 45 mins like other resorts!!!!
