Stores and shopping > 1 minute drive. Amenities include an Indoor & Outdoor pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, Gym, Security, and Private Parking.

This 3 bedroom2 full baths has balcony door access in every room to enjoy the views. The California King Master Suite will sleep 2 adults. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 adults. The Bunk Room has 3 full sized beds and will sleep 6 children(top bunk limit is 140lbs total weight, but is extremely sturdy. The Sofa sleeper is a Queen as well for 2 - 3 smaller 140< adults or 6 children. The max adult limit is 6-8 following the guidelines mentioned for the Bunk Room. We built this place to host family gatherings. We manage other properties in the area as well and can accommodate 8- (6 adults and 2 children or other configurations - at Sanibel Condominiums in Gulf Shores. Souvenir City, Walmart, Star Bucks, Dollar General, Many upscale restaurants, Souvenir shops, theme park rides, The Wharf, and other attractions are within 5 minute drives. This location makes your beach vacation a breeze. It will not disappoint. If you choose to park on property there is $50 per a car for the duration of your booking. If you have a large RV or camper, you will have to find other means to park. There are public beach spaces in the vicinity.
