Thank you, Jason, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that the condo exceeded your expectations and was a perfect fit for your family. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the cleanliness and the inviting pool area at White Caps. We believe that smaller, well-maintained properties can offer a more intimate and enjoyable stay, and it sounds like that resonated with you. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re here to ensure your next visit is just as memorable.

Vanessa, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, even though it was not what we strive for. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues and the challenges you faced with the entry codes. It’s concerning to know that you encountered broken glass and that the TVs were not functioning properly during your stay. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we regret that we fell short in these areas. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these inconveniences, especially when you were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. The lack of shade around the pool is also something we will take into consideration for future improvements. Please know that we take your feedback seriously, and we are committed to addressing these issues with our team to ensure a better experience for our guests moving forward. We would love the opportunity to make this right for you, so please reach out to us directly so we can discuss your concerns further. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the chance to restore your faith in us in the future.
