Dream in the Smokies prides itself in providing you the best experience during your stay. As a thank you for staying with us you will receive complimentary admissions to popular local attractions every day. These attractions include Dollywood, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Mama's Farmhouse and many more!

Time to relax and unwind in this peaceful mountain retreat. Enjoy the sounds of the rippling mountain stream from your private balcony. You'll be away from the crowds, but only minutes to downtown Gatlinburg.

Inside, you'll find a cozy fireplace and comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Kick back and catch up on your favorite tv programs or enjoy a movie from our library from the comfort of the reclining leather chair.

You'll also find an in room jacuzzi where you can watch tv, get cozy with the fireplace or listen to the waterfall outside your room.

There is a regular coffee pot as well as a k cup style. All bedding, towels, and a starter supply of soaps and paper products are included.

Condo is on first floor, pool level. There is one flight of stairs from parking lot. There is also a coin laundry on the lowest level.

Overall the property was nice. The rooms were too dark though and some of the lamps didn't work and the bulbs were burned out. We enjoyed the fact that there were free tickets offered to some of the area attractions.

Some of the lamps are connected to wall switches, which can occasionally make them appear not to work if the switch is turned off. It was such a cozy place to stay. Beautiful stream rushing outside the balcony. Everything was clean and supplied. Very peaceful. Kerri was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Balcony view was nice,jacuzzi was large,kitchen was equipped with every thing you need. Totally clean and host was easy to get in contact with. I would book this location again.

Everything was perfect, had a great stay. This is a nice relaxing condo. My wife loved having the pool right outside the front door !! The condo was very clean.

The unit was a good size and had most things that we needed to be comfortable. The hot tub in the living area was an added bonus and we used it each night that we were there. The unit was a bit older and showed lots of wear but everything was functional. It was rustic, but a bit too much for me. Since it was winter the pool was closed...that was fine. The outside waterfall was amazing, especially the sound it made in the evening. This VRBO offered free tickets (if you purchased one) to many attractions and we took them up on these offers. It was a true bonus we were not expecting.Overall a 4/5 total rating for this unit.

That’s one of our favorite features of the property as well. Village Stream has a cozy mountain style that many guests enjoy for its rustic Smoky Mountain feel, though we understand décor preferences can vary from guest to guest. We’re happy to hear everything was functional and comfortable during your stay. We’re also glad you were able to take advantage of the complimentary attraction tickets that come with every stay. Many guests love being able to visit places like Dollywood and other local attractions while saving money during their trip. It’s cute for an older couple, although I will say it needs a good dusting. The jacuzzi was great nice and toasty. This was my first time in the area as my bf and I were celebrating our birthdays. The scenery was beautiful, I do suggest you put on your ad that you can very easily encounter a black bear. As we almost got attacked had he not been inside the truck beside us as we pulled in. He was just roaming the property like a human being. I was very shaken from that, then guy says he just walked near the pond. Sure enough 5 mins or less he was standing 4 feet away from us. We just got out the car with food, doors are LOCKED bob the bear opens my back drivers door to see what was left. Terrified is an understatement. The bed was extremely hard imo, we survived but that’s a wild experience I must say.

We're truly sorry the bear encounter left you feeling shaken. Seeing black bears in the Smoky Mountains can definitely be unexpected for first-time visitors. While bear sightings are actually very common in our area and many guests consider them part of the mountain experience, we absolutely understand that it can feel intimidating if you're not used to wildlife encounters. For safety, we always recommend guests avoid approaching bears, keep food secured, and remain aware of their surroundings — just as local wildlife officials advise throughout the Smokies. Thankfully, black bears in the area are typically focused on finding food rather than interacting with people. We also appreciate your feedback regarding cleanliness and mattress comfort. It was a bit dark and dated. We had very cold weather (which of course wasn't lodging fault) but our overall stay was decent. Since we had to go up the mountain roads a little bit, we were pretty concerned about ice on roads. They are very narrow. Close to town and Christmas tree was cute. Fireplace was nice and store close by. Probably would stay closer to main drag in the future.

We completely understand that mountain driving in very cold weather can feel a bit stressful, especially for guests not accustomed to steep or winding roads.
