Spacious condo, great location

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This condo is very clean, updated, and spacious. You can hear the people above you walking around the whole time, and it is lacking kitchen supplies like pots and pans and utensils to cook with, only stocked with bare minimum. The beds are very firm.Dryer did not work the entire week we were there even after multiple calls and emails to the rental office. We were promised multiple times someone would come out but no one did, we asked for clean towels and they brought a few with the promise to bring more but never came back. We did wash the towels provided but could not dry them and they are very rough.Location to the beach is awesome. Only a short walk across the street to private beach access, make sure to bring your own beach set up as it is not included.Parking is tight if you drive a large vehicle as you must park in assigned parking spot. Our truck barely fit beside the large vehicle in the next spot management suggestion was to park at gas station half a mile away.We have stayed with benchmark six times in the past and this was the first time we have had issues with poor Customer Service when reporting an issue. Disappointed and Benchmark 30A but loved this condo and location for the price.
