Located on the high dunes at Seacrest Beach, this updated ground floor Gulf-front condo has stunning views. Watching the sunset from the balcony is the perfect way to end each day. Mistral 6 can sleep up to 6 guests with a king bed, twin hall bunks, and sofa sleeper.

You're welcomed with beautiful turquoise views the minute you walk in. The kitchen opens onto the living and dining area so you're always able to take in the blue views. Dine inside at the table for 4, grab a snack at the kitchen peninsula, or head out to catch some Gulf breezes on the patio dining set.

Mistral:
Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beach walkover with a stay at Mistral. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. The complex is located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of the building.

Your stay at Mistral 6 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Good location, very outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! It needs some updating throughout. The property management cancelled on us the day prior due to construction on the outside of the building. It caused chaos but then they called back and said we actually could stay. I think a little better communication would have made our lives less frantic. We also were unable to walk from the first floor condo directly to the beach and had to go around. The whole reason we wanted the first floor was for this amenity. In the end, it was okay but I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Great space, great amenities, and close to beach

This property has a great space and everything we needed. It was very close to the beach! The balcony in the room was very spacious. The only negative is the hotel next door was super loud!

Winter treat

The condo was just as pictured and the beaches in the area are beautiful. Brought our dog with us to see how she would do for a road trip since the condo was pet friendly. Found out on day 3 that the beach was permit only for dogs for resident families. But with plenty of walking and bike trails we took her there. We had a great trip.

Right on the beach

Perfect place for my husband and I, right on the beach. We love staying less than 1 mi from the cutover to US 98 and the new Publix. There are a lot of steps to get to/from the beach, but it is true of every beachfront property we have stayed in this area.

Location was great! Wish the bushes didn’t hide the beach but a great view of the water. This condo could use some updating (bathroom for sure), add & replace hooks for towels & such. Overall good place to stay.

Great location

We had a great stay! The Mistral is in a great location, right in the beach and nestled between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. My only complaint is the bushes off the back porch could use a trim. You can’t see much of the beach from the porch because the bushes are overgrown. But overall, a great stay!

The view was stellar. Beach was great. But the property was worn. Many rusty fixtures and the dryer door had to be taped shut to work.I assumed a ‘first floor’ condo would not have stairs (10) to unit. Would have appreciated a more thorough description. Had issues with cell service and was misinformed about wi-fi code and had to communicate back and forth on text to rectify.

Oceanfront happiness

It was a lovely unit and outside area outstanding. We could go from our deck to the beach. I am always wary of having people above me. There was some upstairs noise that woke me up twice but mysteriously went away the remainder of day and night. I would definitely stay again, and possibly look for a top unit. The kitchen had every thing we needed and we cooked in every night. Rhe sliding glass door was heavy but who cares?

Great location

We had a great stay. This was our third time at Mistral, second time with Benchmark, and first time at this particular unit. Two adults and two kids, 5 and 7. We pick Mistral for the floor plan and location. You can’t beat walking out on deck and the stairs to the beach. The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. My only request is that they add hooks behind the bathroom and bedroom doors to hang bath towels, pajamas, etc. Having some hooks would have made things more convenient and neat. Benchmark was great and responsive. The sliding door and screen weren’t easy to open and close and when I called it in, they sent someone out in two hours to check on it. Since it wasn’t an emergency, two hours for it wasn’t a big deal.

Worked For Us For A Last Minute Stay—Needs Work!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and made up for all the other things that weren’t. We didn’t have wifi the entire time and “they were still working on it” at the end of our stay. We needed to get some work done while we were there and had to use our phones as hotspots instead which had very spotty reception in that area. That also meant that we couldn’t watch any streaming services on the TVs. The back sliding door does not lock and you have to use a wooden stick to jam in the door at night. The bathroom needs a major update and deep clean. It worked for us in a pinch but it wasn’t a place I would recommend to others. I enjoyed the location and would probably seek another unit in that complex instead.

While most of our properties offer internet access, we cannot guarantee connectivity due to factors such as service from an outside vendor or issues with personal devices. Beach getaway

Great location and views of the gulf! Very unhappy with benchmark managing company’s communication and willingness to fix our internet issues. We stayed for 10 days and did not have internet the entire time. I messaged benchmark the first day and they never attempted to fix it and ultimately ended up just ignoring my messages the next 4 days. Initially they told me it was an area wide issue however every other unit had internet that I spoke with (made several friends). Very unprofessional and ended by telling me I should contact the internet provider directly. I had no idea who this even was and if did very unlikely they would have assisted me as a renter without any account information. Terrible service from managing group and as a owner of a rental property myself I would be very displeased with them treating my guest this way

Great spot on the beach!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location on the first floor and right on the beach, just a walk down quite a few stairs since these condos are built on a dune. It's also on a quieter part of 30A which we really liked. Public access to the beach runs right along side the building but this was never a problem. In fact, although there were families with children staying in other units it was rare that we heard anyone. It was wonderful to hear the waves breaking on the shore right from our patio door. It was a joy to be able to walk along the beach and watch the sunset every evening. The bed needs an upgrade - it was OK but not the most comfortable. This property was great for 2 people but I wouldn't recommended it for more than 2 adults. The bunk beds are more suitable for children. The information provided by Benchmark Management was not up to date which led to some confusion when inquiring about beach service. Both cell phone and internet service was spotty. Overall we really liked enjoyed our stay and would stay in this area again.

Great location for a Condo that needs updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on Seacrest beach was beautiful! But here is my list of Pros and Cons:Pros: The location in proximity to the beach was amazing!The condo was clean and had a strong smell of bleach on arrival. The bed was comfortable. The Living Room area was comfortable with lots of places to sit and relaxThe Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, silverware etc.Lots of bath towels!Cons:The metal framed bed was squeaky. The floor of the bedroom closet was full of extra decorative items so there was almost no room for shoes or storage of suitcases.The WiFi signal was moderate in living area and multiple devices we had we would have to go to bedroom to to re-establish WiFi connection. Plus Internet was slow some of the time. Also be aware that if you have Verizon cellular service, there was no signal inside condo. Had to go out on porch or front door to get signal. This is not fault of condo owner. Even restaurant in Seaside had no Verizon signal inside. Only a drip coffee maker and very tiny old toaster in the kitchen.Bring your own kitchen and bathroom hand soap, toilet paper, tissue paper and paper towels. We’ve never stayed anywhere around the world where these supplies were so “skimpy”Also bring all of your own food prep items, even salt and pepper. There was none of these items in the condo. Cleaning staff showed up at 8:45 to clean the day of our departure.

Worst condo we've ever stayed in

We have stayed at Mistral condos for the last 4 years. Each condo in previous years have been amazing. Mistral condo #6 was far from amazing. First off, the communication with Benchmark management company was about the worst customer service i've ever dealt with. Now let's get to the problems with the condo. We had ants and roaches crawling everywhere. They were crawling in and out of the vents, up and down the walls, on the furniture, all over the kitchen and in the bathtub. The sliding glass patio door that went out back to the beach was near impossible for my wife and kids to open. The rollers were rusted and broken, we even had a maintenance guy come look at it and said, 'yeah, this needs to be replaced.' He sprayed wd40 on the tracks and left. I'm a 200lb guy and I could open and close it, but I almost broke the handle off a few times due to the weight of the door and the broken rollers. We had exposed wiring coming out of a non functional intercom on the wall. We had black mold growing around the vent in the bathroom, as well as in the washing machine. The ice maker didn't work, the garbage disposal didn't work. They sent maintenance people out again to attempt to fix these, but nothing was fixed and we were told 'I'll let benchmark know these are beyond repair.' In total, we made about 11 calls to benchmark management and each time we were told "I'll make a note of this and send it to our manager." We had rusty nails sticking out of the patio floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm sorry to say it was the worst place I've stayed in 18 years. We were with 3 other families. We had rented units at Mistral. We were the only group to not have beach chair and umbrella service. We were not informed prior to coming that we could not have a canopy on the beach. If the condo complex does NOT allow canopies to be put up, then all units should provide beach chair and umbrella service. We had dirty dishes upon arrival, and the bed was uncomfortable and loud being an iron bed. The living curtains need to have darkening window curtains to block out people or light being to come in as to where people can not see in the condo. We were told the day of driving to Florida that our microwave was broken. That is an easy fix and no one the entire week came to fix it. Another microwave could have been brought for us to use. We killed roaches in the condo. So needless to say, the week was tainted with bad service and a condo not up to standards. We would like the owners to know and we would like a refund of some sort for ALL of the problems and inconveniences. We will not recommend Mistral not stay there again. Another family with us had a broken oven and fridge. Niether could be used for the week and no one came to fix those appliances either. It is too expensive to not have the amenities not up to par. I'm sorry to be complaining and negative, but it was by far the worst condo we have stayed in in over 18 years of coming to Florida.
