You'll never tire of the stunning views from this 4th floor Gulf-front condo! Beachcrest 405 features modern updates and finishes throughout and room for 6 guests. With amazing views, comfortable accommodations and a Gulf-front pool, you won't want to leave!

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed and balcony access. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Your stay at Beachcrest 405 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Bedding not clean

Upon arrival the bedding had not been washed. There was grass and hair on one bed as well as sand underneath the covers of both beds. We washed the bedding ourselves the night we arrived. Before we left the dryer quit working. Would not stay there or with this company again.

Cannot beat this location

Our stay at Beach Crest was perfect. With multiple kids, the heated pool and access to beach was absolutely perfect. It's location on 30A was perfect as well. Just far enough from surrounding areas (seaside, seagrove, grayton) to avoid the traffic but walking distance to enjoy the activities. We will be returning and have nothing to complain about at all!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony, living room, and primary bedroom are gorgeous. It is located close to restaurants, shopping, etc. But the beach area did not feel crowded. The complimentary umbrella and beach chairs was much appreciated.The only issue we had was with the property management company. They changed the condo we booked twice. The first was weeks before our reservation, but the second change was an hour before check-in when we were already on our way. It worked out for us because we loved this condo, but as someone who likes to research and handpick where we will be staying, I will not be using this management company again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was absolutely perfect! The condo itself was very clean but the A/C didn’t work! We contacted them immediately and they sent someone out the next morning. They said the unit couldn’t be fixed and needed to be replaced. They did offer box fans but didn’t offer to change out rooms. Thankfully the weather was mild outside and we were able to leave the doors to the patio open at night which helped. If this had been mid summer, it would have been a different story! I understand that things break but at least an offer to change our room would have been nice.

The unit has very comfy beds and was so easy to book! We had excellent communication with the property manager throughout the stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals in the condo. The bathrooms were not as clean as we would have liked. The shower curtain in the hall bathroom needed to be refreshed or replaced. We were not there during peak season, so it had likely been sitting for a while unused. Overall, we had a GREAT stay and enjoyed our time!

Weekend trip

Management was very timely in request. There were no sheets/blanket for pull out and the Ac output to master was very minimal and they did come an adjust other output of air. the washer ate my shirt but after 3 washings my husband and I finally got it out. Good location and view was great.

Early spring break

The condo was beautiful but there were little issues that were irritating: lots of sand on the floor when we got there, no fans, outlets weren't working in Master bath, sliding screen to porch is broken, non working fans in bathroom, light over kitchen sink burnt out. Other than those things everything was very pleasant
