From the moment you enter our spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home you will be drawn in by the expansive and unobstructed view of beautiful Birch Bay, Washington. All your senses will immediately come alive surrounding you in a blanket of comfort, and you will know that you have found that special place where memories begin!

The main floor open concept; kitchen, dining and living room extends out through 2 sets of french doors to an expansive deck with sunken hot tub, bordered by an exquisite English style rose garden, and serves as the center piece for your 180 degree view of the Bay.

On the main floor you will also find 2 good sized bedrooms, both with queen beds and plenty of dresser and closet space. Ensuring privacy, the bedrooms are separated by the entry hallway and a full bathroom. The main floor also has a separate laundry room with its own entry door providing a great place to wash off the sand from long days spent exploring the miles of beach only a few moments walk from your door.

As you move to the second floor master retreat, with its own private deck where the view is even more expansive, you will find a large bedroom with queen bed and sitting area along with it's own private full bath and of course amble storage so you can unpack, unwind and focus on creating those precious memories.
