Perched on a hill overlooking the gorgeous and lively Bass River, this home is perfect for those looking to connect with nature and enjoy the great outdoors. This home comes equipped with a kayak for guests to use - feel free to launch it at the bottom of the driveway and head down the river in either direction. Enjoy the beach as well! Guests are urged to eat, drink, and grill in the backyard.

What's nearby:
Guests can access Follins Pond Beach at the end of the driveway. The nearest beach is on the Bay side of the Cape, Corporation Beach at four-and-a-half miles away. If guests want to go to the south side of the Cape, the nearest beach is West Dennis Beach at six miles from the home. The Cape Cod Mall, known as the center point of the cape, is 10 and a half miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
