The first thing we find when we enter the house is a hall that leads to a large living room with a pellet fireplace, air conditioning, and a living room with sofas to relax with large windows and a very nice light entry all day. An open fully equipped kitchen with exit to the backyard, a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. With 1.135 m2 of plot the villa has an electric gate that gives access to the plot where you can park several cars inside the enclosure. Next to the naya there is a built in barbecue with a garden table and behind the villa we will find a washing machine room and where the electric hot water boiler is located.
