Great location

Beds were comfy, some of the dishes and pans were dirty when we pulled them out, but other than that the place was nice...would choose this location again. Even though it was on the 10th floor the elevator was fast so we never had to wait too long

Wonderful Stay

The overall experience was very satisfactory! The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect! Very clean! We did have some difficulty with our refrigerator that was working but not working very efficiently and I called and they responded right away and fixed it same day. I would also suggest that they supply a little bit more of the essentials such as toilet paper and hand soap. Overall it was such a lovely time and the rental process was quite easy! I definitely would recommend this place!

July 2022 Stay

Overall the inside of the Condo was clean and updated. We enjoyed the condo itself. It was a great size for us. The hallways, outside, and elevator were not clean or updated. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Property was in a good location. It was close to restaurants and entertainment. Only one elevator worked the entire time we were there. The elevators are small, so with only one working elevator this was a problem. 2 weeks prior to our stay we found out construction was happening. It was to late to book somewhere else. This could have been communicated months prior. The construction was on the entire outside of the condo. It made it difficult to get to the beach. Construction was loud and our balcony could not be used during the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very beautiful and clean. There should be more towels provided for the number of people the condo can accommodate. I found myself doing more washing than usual. Grounds are pretty from what we could see. Construction going on from hurricane of 2021 which no one can help. I just feel they should have been more forthcoming coming with how bad construction was going to be instead of downplaying it. At least, offer a discount. However with that being said I would def stay here again without any construction going on. I gave one star to property condition due to awful construction. 3 star for overall again due to construction.

Beautiful condo, poorly ran.

The condo itself was gorgeous. The beds were comfy. It was decently cleaned. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and had plenty of seating to enjoy. They left more than enough towels & sample cleaning products. But it’s poorly ran. Check in was a disaster. After getting an email asking what time we would be there, we still wasnt granted access to the room til almost an hour later. First we were told they were waiting on it to be inspected, 45 mins later we were told they were installing TVs. After speaking with a not so nice representative, we received the code. Unloaded to get a bite to eat. Noticed there was 2 TVs in the master room but figured we deal with it after we ate. Returned a few hours later to a note & TVs not hooked up, stated they would be back. They never were. We ended up moving tv from a different room to the master bed room. None of the remotes work for the DVD players. Half of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The kitchen sink took almost 30 minutes to get hot water. Ice maker only made 1 full tub of ice the week we were there. There was a lot of small inconveniences that made a huge difference. I really wanted to love this condo… but it needs some help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liquid Life Rentals was an absolute pleasure to work with and will use them again the future. They were helpful with everything. Towel rack in the MBR was broken but I let Liquid Life know. The property is going through some renovations so it will be better once all that is complete. Nice stay!

We will definitely be using them again and staying at shoalwater again. We ate at GT's on the bay (my favorite) Cobalts and the orginal oyster house in OB. We played putt putt at Adventure Island and went to the wharf for some shopping and looked at the boats . Our trip was amazing and we made some great memories. Can't wait until next time!!

However, the forks knives spoonswere clean that is very had decent beds a well stocked kithen.a decent unit overall. Beautiful veiw nice deck. Hopefully when a person rents it out in the near future they will be done with the horrific noise as they call it maintenance. The noise level was so loud it was in the sound decibels red level. The noise was 3 weeks and 8 hour days. We moved to another condo.The condos in this building should not have been rented out. But they wanted renter money and not have the owners lose money. I get maintenance has to be done but this was way beyond ethical. So my stars will mot be high. Property personnel were very helpful when we had a few other general issues.

Not as advertised

Check in was good. Condo was clean. Contacted company that manages condo concerning a TV in one of the rooms. Was told they would check into it and it would be corrected. Never heard anything back the whole stay. Tried several times to contact them concerning the issue to no avail. Also, I would suggest leaving more than one trash bag for the renters. Overall our stay was good however I am not happy with no response to us concerning issues we had at the time of our stay. Do not advertise amenities that you do not provide.

Great location

The condo was convinent to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, activities, etc. It also had a great view and a quick walk to the beach. It was also nice having an indoor and outdoor pool for when it was raining. The hot tub was also great too!

Summer vacay

We truly enjoyed our time at Shoalwater. It’s centrally located to just about everything in orange beach/gulf shores. The beach was really nice and they have the opportunity to rent chairs on the beach as well. Highly recommend

Bring shower towels!

Overall everything about this condo was fine except the 10 of us staying there were given 3 washcloths and 5 bath towels. When I asked management about it they said housekeeping was having some issues and then never responded again. We didn’t expect fresh towels every day but when a condo says they can sleep 10 there is an expectation for a towel and washcloth per person. We had to go buy more. The other thing we thought was odd was there was literally NOTHING in the kitchen as far as seasonings or a couple of trash bags. None of us ( 10 people from all different families) had ever stayed in a place where there was literally not one thing left over to be helpful to the next group coming in. We all thought that was odd. Other than those two things ( and really the lack of towels was what was so unbelievable) we had a great week and would recommend this condo.

Beautiful Shoal Water 1002

This was the perfect place for our family of 10 Beach vacation. The condo was clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was the best stocked that we have ever stayed in! We would definitely recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was great for our family! We had 5 adults one child and a 1 year old. There was plenty of space we even had one bed that wasn’t used. The unit had everything we needed, we did need to buy some toilet paper and paper towel because we did run out. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and the pool was so nice. My daughter loved the kiddie pool too. It was close to food, grocery, shopping, and everything you might need! The beach was not crowded at all and was so clean. Overall we had a great time! The only negatives was the noisy people above us and the cleanliness. The linens and beds were clean and so were the bathrooms but the floors were not. Under the beds was really gross. We found a lollipop, a shoe, tons of dirt and garbage and my parents had a cockroach under there’s. The garbage can smelled like cigarettes and there was burn marks on one of rockers and the couch was all stained. The biggest issue we had is the popcorn ceiling kept falling especially in the kitchen. This was an issue when we were making food and we would have pieces of the ceiling falling into our food. We let the rental company know and they were extremely responsive and offered to have the place cleaned and said they would address the ceiling. Overall we had a great time at the condo, it was perfect for our little week beach vacation. We would stay again especially if the cleanliness was improved!
