All TV's are smart TV's with Roku included. A double sofa bed offers extra sleeping space.

This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was excellent. Nicely decorated and clean. Washing machine was broken but was quickly resolved. Definitely would stay here again!

Good stay

We enjoyed our weekend there. The unit is showing its age but could be much better with a refresh. The shower curtain rod in bathroom is literally rusting away and it permanently stained a towel I hung to dry. The furniture in the living & dining rooms is ready to be replaced ASAP. Everything worked fine and unit is good for what it is: a high-traffic beach condo. We had no problems.

Spacious Balcony Condo

The condo and facilities had everything we needed, it was quiet and in a good location to shopping, restaurants and airport. The balcony was very large and was wonderful for morning coffee, midday naps and night time drinks. I would recommend this place for families and friends. I thought it maybe noisy being March break, but it was very quiet.

Nice clean condo right on the beach

We stayed a month and the kitchen was lacking in utensils and cookware. Furniture and bed was comfortable.

What a great little place!

So CLEAN!!! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had new appliances and had everything we needed. The balcony is HUGE and lots of wonderful furniture so we could gather there and enjoy the amazing view! Definitely coming back!

Great patio and view!

Place is exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the beach area. Comfortable beds and furniture but starting to show signs of wear. Huge patio with seating for 8. Directly across from elevators so 2nd bedroom can hear activity outside. 1 assigned parking spot in a parking garage. On the west end of town so not as many people. Overall a great spot, I’d stay here again! I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could.

Great condo in a great location!!!

Loved the parking spaces and location of the parking garage!! Made loading and unloading a breeze. Gorgeous location that was near everything we wanted to do!! Breathtaking views and the accommodations were amazing!! Will definitely book again!!

A beautiful place to stay

The check in process was super easy. Very nice, large condo with awesome view of the gulf and sunsets. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our room was so clean and nice. The kitchen was very well furnished. We had plenty of towels and linens. The balcony was huge. The only downfall was there was one elevator out of order and another was down some while we were there which left only one working elevator at times. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo had great view of beach and ocean. Living room furniture could be replaced. We was disappointed on how many restaurants was closed for the season.

Nice and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated. You could tell it was updated recently. It was clean for the most part. There were a few things that should've been cleaned, but wasn't. The view of the beach was beautiful. The patio was nice and spacious. The pool isn't the best. The gym is tiny. They have a sauna and a steam room. The steam room was closed during our stay. Overall it was a good trip and a pretty nice condo. We would stay again. We actually would've stayed longer had the day(s) following our checkout had not been booked.

Great Place to Stay!

The room was very clean and met our expectations. Everything was as shown on the website and we had no issues. The elevators worked great in the condo and we had easy access to going and coming throughout the day. We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome beach stay

Well laid out and well maintained. Balconies are huge with plenty of room to move around. Condo's are large with nice sized bedrooms and living space.

Very clean and nicely decorated!!

This was a very nice condo!! The master bedroom mattress should be switched out but that was our only complaint. The entire unit is tastefully done in every way from the furnishings to the wall decor. The huge balcony with quality outdoor furniture is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. We would stay again!!
