Dear Kea, thank you for your review of our property. I understand that you are travel from outside the state , but Florida is know for having ants and other insects around the property and sometime if the door is open even inside the house. Also, we suggest to not let open food in the kitchen counter. However, in this case, you could just give us a call and we can spray again, even if our Villa is pest controlled regular. The outlets in the bathrooms are working, for some reason the general for those outlets, located in the garage, was down. Again, with just a call we could have assist you . As in one of my previous answers, I explained why we don't use washcloths , I don't think that you would like to wash your body after someone cleaned the shoes or the car...because this is what happens with this small towels. TV/Channels : We have 200 TV Channels in out package, actually and you can use as well as NETFLIX or whatever app you want. If you are looking for some special channels when you book a property, and this is mandatory for you, maybe you could investigate prior with the manager . Also, as a suggestion, for your next rentals, maybe you can communicate with the owner/manager during your stay so they can assist you and resolve any obviously possible issue without the necessity to write such a review for thinks that could have ben resolved in less then 15 minute. Dear Krystle, I am glad you liked our home and am truly sorry you had some issues. We always recommend keeping a copy of the Driving Directions file that we send, as most all of the information you refer to is in that sheet. Specific to your questions: * like most security systems, for safety purposes, if the code is entered incorrectly more than three times the system will block and needs to be reset; a call to the manager, or myself with the phone numbers we provide will take care of the problem immediately. * as for the house amenities, we note in the house description that there are two tv's, though I am not sure why the remotes were without batteries. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. * We do make a special note in the directions that the rug in the pool area is there to provide for better footing when exiting the pool, especially for children. * We are sorry that the air conditioner was not set to the lower temp upon your arrival. The system was temporarily blocked and needed to be reset by the manager. As you noticed all this small issue where resolved promptly just the next morning of your arrival evening * We certainly strive to make sure our guests are comfortable and can begin to enjoy their vacations as soon as they arrive. Far away from being unrespectful, but this is the most ridiculous review. You put a 2 star to a property because the cleaning lady, at past 10 am at your check out day opened the garage in order to prepare her stuff for start cleaning?! Also, the manager on duty once per stay it's ringing the bell just in order to check if everything it's fine or if you may need something. And you take stars for this ??? Honestly, some people should stay home , or at least make peace with themselves 🙄
