Far Niente is a luxurious 5,671sf home (3,242 interior sf) located in the Park District of WaterColor sleeping up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms/5.5 baths and 2 living rooms. Bordering the nature preserve along Western Lake, Far Niente offers privacy and views of the lake and nature preserve from expansive porches.

Access to community pools and Beach Club is included, along with a $100 credit toward beach chair/umbrella rentals through WaterColor's Beach Club! Wristbands for access to resort amenities (required for all guests ages 5 years and older) await inside the home for your arrival. Please note - we must have the exact guest count for your party for the wristbands, as WaterColor will only issue wristbands for the number of guests registered at booking.
