Pet friendly renovated condo in a private beach/gated community! Two bedroom, two bath sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom with balcony access boasts large TV/cable/ Queen bed. Second bedroom has a trundle bed, large TV and private half bathroom with washer/dryer. Sleeper sofa and eating area, updated kitchen with Labridite granite (abalone shells), touch sink, all new appliances and amenities. Covered lanai balcony access with sliding doors to enjoy a Southeastern ocean view from the third floor. Gated complex offers heated and unheated pools, tennis, shuffleboards, car wash, fitness, clubhouse, grills and private beach walkover. AWD beach entrance for your vehicle. All cooking/baking/dining items in kitchen. Fresh towels/linens provided for use. There is no elevator in this complex. Free and available parking. Restaurants, shopping across in the plaza. Minutes from St. Augustine beach and attractions. One pet strictly enforced. See Ocean Village Club website for breed information. As f 6-4-21 Pet friendly condos are limited to 1 pet per condo and breed restricted (NO chow, german shepard, pit bull, rottweiler, doberman). Due to COVID19 bedding has been changed, currently washable thin standard bedding, please bring additional if needed. Pet policy All pets must register with the condo association, pay a $50 registration fee, and display the OVC pet tag while on property

Our host Maureen was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The condo is a short walk to the heated pool. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Great place!

We loved the place! Great balcony, great kitchen, great bathroom! Beds were comfy and clean. Everyone was happy with the beds and accommodations! The walk to the beach is through the complex. Don’t forget your keycard as you cannot access the beach without it! The pools were lovely as well.

The property as a whole is nice and we’ve stayed in the area before. Only issue with our condo was cleanliness. For what guests pay in cleaning fees, you’d think the property would actually be clean. I swept up massive amounts of dog hair and sand the day we arrived. Other than the floors being a complete train wreck, condo was fine and my family enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed, Perfect!

Maureen's place was perfect for our family of four. Everything and then some. Kitchen FULLY stocked for staying in and preparing 3 meals a day. Check-in was super easy. Pools and property were clean and easily accessible. A bit of a walk to the beach, but not a problem. We LOVED our stay.

Great little getaway

The owner answered all my questions very quickly. She couldn’t have been any nicer. Best part is we could bring our dog. Beach is very dog friendly.

Wonderful place and people

We stayed here for the beginning of our trip. When we were given a mandatory evacuation because of Hurricane Milton, we had an easy time communicating with the owner and the property. She was wonderful and completely understanding. This is definitely a place we would stay again!!

First thing that attracted us to the property was the cleanliness and the upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Came to celebrate thanksgiving with family in Crescent Beach. Simple check-in process, slept one individual in the trundle bed and one couple in the master bedroom. Working dryer/washer suite, good size fridge, and access to the beach.

Excellent for anyone

Walking in, I was very happy with the layout, the style, and the amenities included. The distant ocean view was nice from the balcony. The pool is a short walk. The beach access is comparable to walking a few blocks to a beach, but private entrance/exit to the beach. I have no complaints and will likely book again. Very satisfied.

Relaxing Getaway

Love this property. Super clean and quiet. The bed in the master was so comfy. My kids loved having a balcony to chill on. It’s central to lots of restaurants and shops, and literally steps from the beach. Our only issue was for 5 people, there was very little toilet paper and we ended up running out, lol. But we survived! We’ve already rebooked for September! I can’t wait to go back. 💕

A lovely place and very nice people

The owner of this condo was very responsive and accommodating to all of my needs. The condo itself is exactly as pictured, very cute and clean and a well thought out design. We were aware that there were no elevators and it was third floor so that did not bother us and we also were not bothered by the walk to the beach. The main thing we wanted was to make sure there was no busy street to cross with kids and the walk was all through the safe complex itself. My kids also really loved the heated pool we were near and we used it quite a bit. The beach itself is beautiful. Everyone I met was very nice. We had some issues at check-in but they were handled the best way possible and we appreciated how quickly everyone responded to the situation. We would totally stay here again..

Just a Couple

Very neat and clean. Everything was Excellent! The only downfall which isn’t the owners fault is the boardwalk to the private beach which is very long.Thick in sand when you get over the boardwalk and if you want to take a cooler and some chairs it’s very difficult. The beach is Gorgeous however not that private they’re are several 4* 4 ‘s around you, if you have a 4* 4 and can ride a beach you bonus cause that’s about 80 % what’s on the beach. Over all the place was Beautiful !!! Not having a elevator when you’re on the 3rd floor carrying up stuff up and down with a pet can be a workout especially if you’re in the 50 , 60 range.. ( made me more motivated to exercise more) Again the layout and home was worth everything. ❤️

Cozy beach condo

Condo was clean and very cozy. Loved the kitchen counter top and glass walk in shower.. Wasn't beach front but sitting on the balcony was nice and relaxing. Would recommend and will go back.

Great Place to Stay at St. Augustine!

Great location, and lots to do! Tennis, 2 pools, and beach access. Very quite, even during summer break. Beach was visible from the balcony. Condo was nicely furnished. Only drawback was inability to have more than one pet.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place was beautifully decorated and very clean! My spouse is handicapped and it would have been. I’ve to know that other building had elevators. It was brought to our attention by another guest who asked why we didn’t stay in a building with one. But other than that it was perfect and our children had the best time!

Great location

Although there isn't a real view of the ocean, the property amenities were excellent. I would suggest that a maximum of 4 people stay in the unit as it is not a large unit. We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and historic St. Augustine.
