The lounge area features comfy sofas and satellite TV. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and a BBQ in a private garden with parking spaces. Amazing place, villas, panorama view and staff!

It was wonderful experience staying in Roupes villas! We have rented all 4 villas for our group travel. So we came 20 ladies there and all of us were amazed by beauty of villas, environment, panorama view - which is totally beautiful and amazing, it was so calm and quite there, everywhere so green and clean! All ladies where telling - it looks much more better than in photos! This is amazing feeling when you get more then you expected! Special thanks for such careful owners, who were also taking care of us a lot before our stay and during it! Big Big thanks for manager Alexia - she were communicating with me all the time before we came and helping us a lot with all 20 ladies wishes and asks, she helped us a lot by organising our catering, our free time, our trips in Crete and etc. She is great and really helpful manager! Many thanks for local family taverna, for such a tasty food! Maria was bringing for us home made food from local family taverna twice a day for all ladies, also she brought (once I asked) 4 totally giant watermelons!!! The owner of taverna and Maria (him daughter) organised for us last dinner in the garden - brought big table and chairs for all ladies, Maria created a decor of the table and made just beautiful table with great food on it (from taverna) and also - home made wine! Also Maria (lady from family taverna) is doing totally amazing massages! She was coming to us with all equipment everyday and relaxing us with her wonderful hands! Giant thanks for so kind cleaning lady - our home always were clean, fresh and well cared! She was doing just great job! No complaints, all experience in Roupes villas were just perfect! Definitely we are coming back soon there with another group of ladies!!! If to tell a little bit about villas interior and exterior - all was totally beautiful and stylish and we liked it a lot! The garden and pool environment was exactly what we wanted for our free time! Ladies every morning were waking up earlier to have a morning swim before lessons and they just loved it! When our stay was going to the end - all ladies where telling that we had not enough time to enjoy all the facilities we found there! Thank you again for all of you who made our stay there just wonderful and see you again very soon! Best Regards for all your team from Vaida and her team!

Traum Villa in Roupes

Die Villa ist genau so wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Hausbesitzerin Sandra ist sehr sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, das Haus alle zwei Tage, inklusive Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel. Es war ein Traum, einen Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, nicht zuletzt weil das Anwesen in idealer Lage ist. Kurz: Positiv - Die Aussicht ist noch besser als auf den Bildern - Ruhige Lage mit Ruhe nur mit Zirpen der Grillen - Annehmlichkeiten wie Klima in jedem Zimmer und Gasgrill Negativ - Ausstattung Kueche (Schuesseln, Schneebesen, Gewürze o.ä. vom Vormieter werden ausgeräumt) - griechischer Standart bei Mülltrennung, also keine

„Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben „

Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Gastgeschenken von Sandra empfangen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Der Blick zum Meer traumhaft. Der Service war erstklassig. Es wurde jeden 2. Tag geputzt, es gab frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Sandra war immer erreichbar, erfüllte jeden Wunsch und gab uns gute Empfehlungen. Vielen Dank.

Hele mooie luxe schone villa

Mooie villa, compleet, van alles is aanwezig. 3 ruime slaapkamers. Lekker zwembad. In een rustige omgeving. Geweldig uitzicht naar de zee. Netjes en schoon, de villa wordt om de 2 of 3 dagen schoongemaakt en met schoon linnegoed. Eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en attent. Als ik een minpunt moet noemen is dat het 20 tot 25 minuten rijden naar Rhetminon is voor enig toeristisch vertier zoals terrasjes. Mooie vakantie.

Sejour exceptionnel

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines très agréables dans cette magnifique villa. La vue sur la mer, associée au coucher et lever du soleil est époustouflante. Lors de la remise des clés, Sandra la propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Une corbeille de fruit nous a été mise à disposition lors de l’arrivée ainsi que les produits de base beure, huile, vinaigre, épices, dose de café et pour couronner le tout, un cadeau de départ. Merci Sandra pour votre pour ce beau geste et de votre accueil cordial!! Pendant notre séjour la machine à café était tombée en panne. Celle-ci a été remplacée dans les plus brefs délais (à peine un quart d’heure, après avoir informé Sandra) . L’ensemble était très propre est soigné. Tous les matins, le jardinier très discret a nettoyé la piscine et son environnement. La maison est très bien située et l’endroit est extrêmement calme. Nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons certainement

Rundum super !

Das Haus entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Alles notwendige vorhanden, super Ausblick, sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Rethymnon mit sehr schöner Altstadt und vielen guten Restaurants ist relativ schnell erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die super nette Schlüsselübergabe durch Sandra und die regelmäßige Reinigung, mit Wechsel der Bade- und Handtücher. Wir wurden begrüßt mit einem Obstkorb und einer Küchen- Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen, Öl, Essig, Wasser und Kaffee. Echt klasse. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die etwas kleine und niedrige Dusche, letztendlich aber kein Problem und Hindernis nicht wieder zu kommen.

Fantastische Villa

Villa mit in herrlicher Lage ca. 20 min vom Meer (Auto notwendig) mit Meerblick, idyllischer Lage, Komplettausstattung (auch sämtliche notwendigen Küchengeräte), sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin Sandra). Saubere Villa, die alle 2 Tage geputzt und gewartet wird - inkl. Pool. Es wird sich um alles gekümmert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Idealer Aufenthalt mit Mietwagen

Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Gastfreundschaft ist einfach überragend. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Mit den Fahrrädern haben wir einen Ausflug zur nächsten Taverne gemacht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto kann man umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Auch die Aussicht vom Grundstück ist ein Traum. Top!

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Villa befindet sich in traumhafter Lage in Mitten von Olivenbäumen ca. 15 Fahrminuten vom Meer entfernt (Auto unbedingt erforderlich). Besonders positiv erwähnen möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Betreuung durch Sandra sowie das Housekeeping alle 3 Tage! Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für erholsame Ferien braucht. Im Oktober war der Pool für uns leider schon fast zu kalt, dafür war das Meer immer noch fast 24 Grad warm. Einzig die Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer könnte nächstens einmal erneuert werden (hat uns aber nicht gross gestört). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Entspannte Ferien in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Genauso der dazugehörige Garten + Pool. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. CheckIn und CheckOut haben super geklappt. Empfehlenswert! Ferienauto notwendig.

Toll gelegenes Objekt mit fantastischen Ausblick. Reinigung alle 2 Tage mit Wechsel der Bade- und Handtücher, extrem sauber. Eigener Gemüsegarten. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Objekt.

amazing !

We spent a wonderful stay in Roupes Villa with babies and friends ! The villa is beautiful, perfectly clean and our host thought about everything to make our holidays unfortgettable. Some food in the fridge, homemade Ouzo bottle, wee were allowed to pick delicious grapes and vegetables from the garden... Special thanks to Sandra who welcomed us warmly and remained available for every need or advice. I strongly recommend!

Amazing villa - fully recommend

The villa managers are so friendly and helpful and the villa is stunning. We worked from there for two weeks which on the whole worked well but the internet isn’t always that strong. The location is about 15 mins from the main town which has some excellent restaurants but the villa contains all the amenities it needs. We’ll be returning for sure. Thank you again

Beautiful villa, quiet surroundings

We spent 3 weeks (March/April) in this beautiful and very well equipped villa and were very satisfied. The place is very quiet with amazing views. Everything was as nice as on the pictures and the house was cleaned twice a week. Sandra was a very friendly and helpful host and some small troubles was solved very quickly. Many thanks also to manager Alexia - it was very easy to communicate with her and every question was answered very fast. We can really recommend these villas!

Tout a été PARFAIT

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement; la maison était propre, conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Les draps et serviettes ont été changés durant notre séjour, le jardinier était très discret. Nous avons eu un petit  « panier gourmand » à l’accueil, des fruits et légumes au cours du séjour, et un cadeau de départ. La piscine était très agréable et propre. la localisation était parfaite pour nous, la maison étant située au calme à quelques km de la grande route. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Nous recommandons cette location Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Fantastic 135 sq.m. villa located in heart of Crete, in Roupes picturesque village, ideally for scenic drives, & excursions. Perfectly located at the foot of Crete’s highest mountain range Psiloritis, with stunning panoramic views of Crete’s northern coastline and breathtaking views of the landscape. Ideally located in the center of the island, it serves as a perfect base from which the main attractions Crete has to offer can easily be reached. Rethymno town is easy to reach, being only 18km from Roupes. It is about a 15-minute drive along the highway to reach the town center.

This area itself is famous for its archaeology and nearby you will find the Ancient site of Eleftherna and the infamous Arkadi Monastery. The surrounding area is of magnificent natural beauty and you are within 10 minutes' driving distance to the golden sandy beach. Mountain bikes are available for your use and the area is perfect for exploring on foot and discovering the Cretan lifestyle and traditions you will come across in the nearby rural villages. A laptop is at your disposal with a fast internet connection.
