Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

This delightful 1st Floor Patio Suite has a King Bed in the bedroom. The impressions of the seaside are found throughout this patio suite. With laminate flooring throughout, the living room has a great ocean view, a queen sleeper sofa and a 32" flat screen wall mounted TV. Nautical style light and simple ceiling fan, add accommodating touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, all the standard appliances, a medium sized refrigerator and adds the option to bake in the 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom has a tiled look, newer tub and updated vanity. This king pillow top mattress has been a popular request. A 32" Flat Screen TV and laminate flooring in the bedroom this makes for a comfortable stay. This condo is only 3 units away from the pool and beach access, so easy to enjoy the property amenities but not so close that you see all the activity in these areas. PLEASE, NO PETS ALLOWED

The host was welcoming. However , the place had an odor of trash coming from what appeared to be next door. There were people smoking next to us on balcony evwn though it said No Smoking. There was enough hot water in the mornig. But only enough for one shower in the evening . The sofa and chair need replaced . They are smelly . The safe is old and bent up and you cant even use it ! We literally had to listen to a domestic situation from 0230 to 0530 am. One that involved the police . What really sucks is the managnent said " oh we are sorry . We dont manage that condo . And you were just unlucky " . The condo was literally in the same building !!!! So No I would never come back here .

Will not recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was smelled like a mold. Utensils were smelled like eggs and left them without washing. Toilet flush was not working properly.

The view was amazing! We loved the proximity to the beach. Since this was a fishing trip we sure got our exercise on the boardwalk. The pool looked awesome, but it was to cold outside. The grounds are very well maintained. The check in was very easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. One improvement would be a spatula. It was hard turning eggs with a spoon Until next time!!!!

The room was clean and fresh, small, but perfect for 2 people and the view was amazing! I would recommend it and I’m sure I’ll be staying here again in the future. The owner had everything I needed and fixed up pretty. Thank you : )

Front Offfce Mishap

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were checking in later in the evening so I emailed the reservations email to inform them and get the proper protocol. They assured me someone would be there until 10 PM to welcome me. When we arrived at 9:15 PM we were greeted by Jennifer who’s commented “ we’ve been waiting for you, you barely made it.” After working all day and then driving 3 hours it was a less than ideal welcome. She then proceeds to tell me that she attempted to call me several times. My phone was on Do Not Disturb so I didn’t hear my phone ring and I apologized. She then asked if I wanted to use the card on file to which I replied no and gave her a different card. She had the card for several minutes and then gave me my receipt. The receipt made it look like it was charging the card on file and not the CC I gave her but I waited until the morning to check my account. Sure enough she charged the card I didn’t want charged which cause an overdraft on my account. It was extremely frustrating after she asked me which card she wanted charged and assured me she charged the right card. Our stay was wonderful with many family members spending time together but the front office mishap really put a damper on my weekend for sure.

Good location

Very cheep furnishings. Bed was missing a foot so was crooked and shower head did not adjust spray. PCV door locks are filthy so having to grab them out of the tracks to open the door was nasty. Got freeze all over my hands.

It was me (Nana) my daughter and my 2 grandkids ages 5 and 3. My son in law was home doing some repairs. The unit was just big enough for the four of us. Not much in the way of breakable nicknacks which was nice. The pullout sofa was fine for me but I’m kind of small, might not be comfortable for a heavier person. The water not very hot maybe the heater could be set higher or it just runs our quickly. Kitchen could use a tea kettle, a couple more dish towels since NO dishwasher. We used paper plates and bowls. Could have a smaller saucepan and a few more utensils . But all in all we had a good time. The weather cooperated. Ice cream shop across the street was nice. Condo very close to pool and beach walkover. The is also a restaurant across the street with entertainment but we didn’t go since we had grandkids.

Perfect little condo for our family

It was a close walk to the car and the beach. The staff was all so kind and accommodating. We used the heated pool and the charcoal grills. They brought fresh towels to us daily. The sunrise was beautiful off our patio. We were able to cook in our room. It was a great stay and a great price we will be staying here again in a few months, and hopefully it will be an annual tradition.

I also love house keeping, they did a wonderful job and they were very pleasant and helpful.Pool was well kept clean and well maintained . Very nice walkway to the beach with a security gate.I guess I can't say enough positive things about Beachers Lodge but I can say I would happily stay there again.. Many thanks to all the staff..
