This cheerful 1st Floor Patio Suite just keeps getting nicer. It is the perfect combination of simple and sweet. The living room is a fresh white coordinated in subtle blue with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a round club chair. The 55" Flat Screen TV* may distract you from the beautiful horizon view just outside your sliding glass door. It will also entertain you as both unit TV's come equipped with a subscription to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus. The bathroom is delightful with a nice vanity and extra large mirror, newly renovated to include a walk in shower. The bedroom is comfortable with a king bed and a 43" flat screen TV*. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
*When using the smart TV functionality enjoy programming in high definition.

4th of July fun

Me and my 10 yr old daughter took a short vacation here. The location was perfect. Pool close beach close and restaurants close. Very convenient! The only thing I could say needs improvement is the description needs more details. I did know we had 2 burners for the stove or I would have brought food to cook. Also the dunes in front made it hard to see our beautiful view other than that Wonderful

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Beach and pool access was easy and close to our room. The view of the ocean from our room was excellent. We will be coming back again!

Great stay, perfect location!

We loved our stay! It was super clean, the front desk was nice, easy to access the beach, and in a great location! The view was amazing for watching the sunrise and the pretty skies of the sunset. We plan to come back! Only complaints are the bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are flat and the water pressure could be better. Beyond those, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great place to stay! Cozy, clean, and beautiful beach.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our first anniversary! Such a quiet area, and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine & many other attractions. Only downside - the pool was not heated as advertised, but besides that, we had a great experience.

Great beach location

I’ve stayed here before years ago and it’s been renovated since I stayed here before COVID. I love the location by the beach and the easy access to the pool. I did message the host three separate times and never received a response at all. I didn’t get any property access information until I got there and had to get it from the front desk. I even called before I left to make sure they had my booking and everything because I was nervous since the host never responded to any of my messages. The property is nice, but my only gripe is The shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be about six inches longer because water just spews out, even facing the spout towards the wall.

It was nice only complaint is didn’t know animals stayed in room. My spouse was allergic there was a big ball of animal fut right outside the back door.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean however the owner had not maintained the property well had several issues that created a problem for me. The owner had installed new heat and air units and they did not fit into sleeves that were already there. Lots of cold air came into the condo from the opening around the units this caused the heat unit to go on and off every 3 to 4 minutes was unable to sleep from the noise for 3 nights Night 1 noise night 2 turned it off it was very cold in bedroom night 3 realized the problem and covered it with a blanket Next morning After checking things myself found the problem called management and they sent someone to put foam insulation around unit to stop cold air was a very unpleasant stay and had a water leak at kitchen sink I left and went somewhere else losing. 2 days of my scheduled stay and manger would not refund me for the days I didn't stay there because of issues that were not my fault 1
