Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th Floor Balcony Suite is full of Florida Sunshine. A perfect location on the top floor, this condo is conveniently located near the elevator in the northern section of our ocean front building. The condo is cheerful in yellow. There is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a red club chair. Enjoy the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner stove top with oven and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom was updated with a new tub, vanity and extra storage space for linen. The private bedroom is tiled and has a comfortable Queen sized Serta mattress and a 26" Flat Screen TV. This condo is cheery and comfortable and just might be your favorite beach side retreat. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect. Every morning, we watched the sun come up over the ocean and then took a long walk on the beach. There's a great seafood market not far down the road, and we made delicious meals, starring flounder, crab cakes, and sea scallops. I do wish there were recycling bins for bottles and cans.

The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. We are repeat customers and plan to come back every chance we get.

This property is older and needs some updating. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The price point seemed a little high when you can stay in a brand new property for less. The beach and ocean view were great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Beacher's Lodge Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's before, and have always loved it! The beach location is perfect for enjoying the views day and night, and the boardwalk offers easy access to the beach for walks and other recreation. Parking was fine, and it was helpful to have carts available for taking our belongings up to our condo via ramp and elevator. We were very happy with our rented condo- a little bit shopworn, but well arranged, stocked with basic appliances and amenities. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Office staff are outstanding- so helpful and patient with questions! We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful, and many guests enjoyed it during our stay. We will come back!

3 day getaway

Overall experience was not so great.Housekeeping never came during our stay. Had to go get towels and washcloths from downstairs ourselves on the 1st day. On the 2nd day we were told there were no clean washcloths available. The mattress on pullout sofa is in terrible shape. We had to go buy a mattress topper before we could lay on it due to the springs coming thru. Also, very hard to get a comfortable water temperature in the shower because faucet needs to be replaced

Perfect Beach Pad!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 428 is on the fourth floor just outside the north elevator. Hardly even a three minute walk to the beach, we could not have asked for a better weekend getaway location. The room was fully tiled, cool, beautifully decorated and had the most gorgeous view of the sunrise each morning. The condo was a little dirty when we entered (sand covering most surfaces) but being from a beach town we knew how it was. The staff were all smiles and waves, and we did not have one negative interaction. Check in was easy as pie, and check-out was even simpler. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the beach every day.
