Comfortable home in a clean, friendly neighborhood in Westbrook Village. Bright, welcoming, open floorplan with tile throughout. Sparkling, new private pool with waterfall grotto feature, illuminated with color-changing lights for night swimming. Pool is heated only by our beautiful Arizona sun, and provides comfortable swimming for most of the year. Pool floats and beach towels for your use. Pool service provided weekly. Pool technician arrives Thursday mornings and will let himself in using the side gate. Spacious and private solid 6ā€™ stucco-fenced back yard graced with assorted cacti and flowering desert bushes. Covered patio, complete with misters, provides welcoming shade and includes patio set, chaise lounges and gas BBQ grill. Bicycles with helmets and a classic gas-operated golf cart with extra gas are yours to use to explore the neighborhood. There two restaurants in the Village, providing delicious food and spirits, as well as entertainment on select evenings. Master bedroom suite has king-sized bed with comfortable quality mattress, dressers, nightstands, large walk-in closet and spacious private bathroom. Second bedroom has queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser and ample closet space. Two Queen and two twin airbeds provide additional sleeping area. Extra linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels & beach towels provided. Kitchen is equipped with Jenn Aire range, oven and microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with water & ice, and dishwasher. Full-sized washer & dryer, including laundry soap, fabric softener & dryer sheets. Most small kitchen appliances provided, including blender, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig. Quality cookware, mixing bowls, dinner ware, glassware and serving pieces. Pantry is generously stocked with staples, spices and other essentials. Carpeted living room with comfortable sofa, loveseat and new 55" flat screen television with cable. Excellent WiFi service, free of charge. Several board games, puzzles, and a chess lovers corner. There is also a Corn Hole set in the backyard. The Village has two large heated pools, heated spa and an exercise facility available for use to those staying one month or more. If interested, please inform owner, prior to arrival, for the appropriate forms. Pets are welcome upon approval. We've put a lot of thought into making this home away from home a comfortable and memorable stay for you!

Tranquil Time

I enjoyed this property for one month during my relocation to AZ. The house is located in a well maintained, beautiful golf community. I was able to walk my dog around the neighborhood and could feel safe and take it the green spaces. Cynthia was so great with communication and set this house up with anything you could possibly need. The house itself was clean and the pool area very relaxing.

Canā€™t wait to come back again.

This property is the most well-equipped place we have ever rented. It has everything you need for cooking, baking,, grilling, and just plain relaxing. The decor and furnishings are very nice. The King bed and pillows were comfortable. It is pet-friendly and our dogs enjoyed playing and relaxing in the enclosed back yard. The deluxe welcome basket even contained dog toys! There were extra dog dishes, poop bags, and a dog-proof garbage can in the kitchen. The Westbrook Village neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We took full advantage of the two golf courses, two restaurants, and recreational facilities. Cindy was very responsive to all questions and requests. We have already booked to return next year.

When you rent thru VRBO you always hope when you walk into your home away from home it will be as appealing as picturesā€”it was, when we walked in it felt like home, comfortable & inviting! Cynthia, our Host, has thought of everything and more! She was never more than a text or phone call if you needed help with anything, she RocksšŸ˜‹šŸ‘. We has our Golden with us & he wasnā€™t sure about the pool but he loved sunni g on the deckšŸ¾ā˜€ļø. The pool is the BEST, I found my happy peaceful place there! You wonā€™t go wrong renting this home, we will go back again! Thank You, Cindy

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying at Cindyā€™s home. The yard and neighborhood are pet-friendly. The golf cart was great to drive back and forth to the course so my husband (or me) still had access to the car. The air conditioner died and Cindy promptly had it replaced. The Westbrook community is very nice, and we enjoyed the Lakes pool often.

A home that has everything!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Peoria! The neighbourhood is very clean and safe and has great facilities. Cindy was a special host that was there to answer all of the questions. The cart, bikes, pool, and house were all equipped and ready to go. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

A great get away, Great neighborhood, Beautiful home well stocked

This property is walk in and and start living. Everything a person needs is there, its stocked better than my own home. The home is decorated beautifully. Its spacious patio with pool made for great area for coffee in the morning or entertaining in the evening. We loved it and plan on returning. Excellent experience down here in Peoria, Az. Beautiful place to stay, great neighborhood, perfect.

I stayed here for 15 day with my family and our 8 years old daughter and we feel like home. If you are a traveler, you know what it is to find a rental place that fit your need and desire. Now, let me tell you. Although this place is a rental, it does not feel like a rental; you will be living in the ownerā€™s house. The setup is perfect to make you feel home. When you go out and come back, it provide a home feeling. Communication with the owner was excellent from booking to access to the property and during our stay, the owner was available for any inquiries. She even send one of her niece to help me when I have difficulties with the grill. It was an awesome experience for me and my family. Any time this property is available, we will rent it again. Words may not describe every feeling, but rent this place and you will agree with me. The pictures are exactly what the place look like.

Westbrook Village is a beautiful, clean and safe neighborhood in Sunny Peoria, AZ. The home is bright and welcoming with a spacious, private backyard. Beautiful new private pool with grotto and waterfall. There are two world-class 18 hole golf courses on the property. The two recreation centers have beautiful heated pools, luxurious hot tub/spas, fountains, community BBQ areas, and comfortable seating at the fireplace. Excellent restaurants and many fun activities, such as karaoke, entertainment, arts, and crafts. There is something for everyone, no matter your interests.
