Bicycles with helmets and a classic gas-operated golf cart with extra gas are yours to use to explore the neighborhood. There two restaurants in the Village, providing delicious food and spirits, as well as entertainment on select evenings. Master bedroom suite has king-sized bed with comfortable quality mattress, dressers, nightstands, large walk-in closet and spacious private bathroom. Second bedroom has queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser and ample closet space. Two Queen and two twin airbeds provide additional sleeping area. Extra linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels & beach towels provided. Kitchen is equipped with Jenn Aire range, oven and microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with water & ice, and dishwasher. Full-sized washer & dryer, including laundry soap, fabric softener & dryer sheets. Most small kitchen appliances provided, including blender, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig. Quality cookware, mixing bowls, dinner ware, glassware and serving pieces. Pantry is generously stocked with staples, spices and other essentials. Carpeted living room with comfortable sofa, loveseat and new 55" flat screen television with cable. Excellent WiFi service, free of charge. Several board games, puzzles, and a chess lovers corner. There is also a Corn Hole set in the backyard. The Village has two large heated pools, heated spa and an exercise facility available for use to those staying one month or more.
