Experience unbeatable views from this 17th-floor resort style condo. With plenty of shared amenities like a game room, gym, and pools there is something to do for the whole family. Inside the condo, use the full kitchen to whip up a family favorite meal and relax on the balcony.

Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just one miles from the condo! Head just under 11 miles to the east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island- itā€™s only accessible by boat!

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 17.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. The beach and the pools were clean. We would stay there again. I would mention that the bunk beds are not in their own room. It may have mentioned it in the description but I didn’t remember it saying that. It was fine for us, we had teenagers that stayed on them and they can sleep through anything. The view was amazing!

Awesome views, needs some updates

The view was wonderful. You can see the pier, the Ferris wheel, the bay, the beach for a long way past Pier Park.

Perfect vacation!

The condo was great! Room was clean and the perfect size for us. Beach was great. Indoor pools were nice. Walking distance to pier park (right about 1 mile). My boys went fishing at the pier everyday. We enjoyed every second of our trip.

Great view and beach access

Excellent view on the 17th floor with a wrap around balcony and lots of space for a big family (3 bedrooms plus bunkbeds and 3 baths). We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. My kids also loved the onsite game room. The property is large and the elevators can’t seem to keep up, so be prepared to be a little patient. Otherwise, a great stay!

Nice unit and room for five of us. Amazing view. Only one dish towel and no dish cloth or sponge for wiping down counter after use. No pot holder.

Almost PERFECT!

This condo was amazing!!! They had a box fan, beach chairs, boogie boards (6 of them), nets, sand toys, puzzles, Roku. The layout was perfect! View was perfect! Sleeping arrangements were ALMOST PERFECT… the beds were not that comfortable but we were so tired we made it through . The bunk beds had a window beside it that let the outside light through, lucky I brought a black towel and was about to hang over it and block out the light. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Not my favorite

Nice location. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, had a necklace from previous stay on towel rack, dirty wash cloth on shower curtain, and a used vape in washing machine….between dirty room and elevator taking forever we will not stay at this location again.

1717 Tidewater beach

Our condo was nice . Pictures are accurate and the view was amazing. People were kind.Staff was great . Typical wait for the elevators it seems like in all these condos.The issues we had was as soon as we entered there was a smell that wasnt very pleasant. The people above us were loud at night sounded like construction. The T.V. only had a few channels, no option to stream.We didnt mind we were not there to watch t.v.

The condo unit had damages and the dishwasher leaked the night we got there.

Two cleaning personnel were just leaving when we got there. The dishwasher was run I g when we arrived. We went on the balcony to watch the sunset. When we returned there was water on the floor. My 83 year old mom almost slipped. We called the lobby and they sent maintenance. The man was able to repair the dishwasher.

PC Condo stay

This was a great choice for the gulf Coast Air show. Only 1/2 mile from pier park had a great set for the 3 days of air shows. Resort was clean and had work going on cleaning the walls and driveways. Elevator was very busy during check out, start early taking things to the car. Swimming pools were great including an indoor pool. Condo could have had a few more plates and silverware but we managed with some plastic ware. Would stay here again for sure. ROKU TV had access to channels, but I could not install Youtube TV to the TV without code. But we managed. At times the wifi was slow on our phones. But over all it was great

The balcony and the view of this condo is what saves the review for me. When we arrived we found that the coffee maker and the washer and dryer were both broken. Apparently they were broken before we arrived and noone gave us a heads up. This resulted in the washer flooding the condo. We were not able to do any laundry for the 7 days we were there. The couches were very uncomfortable as well as the beds and pillows. The carpet in the living room definitely needs some attention also. The condo is spacious, and the view is absolutely stunning. I will return to tidewater as well as use Vacasa in the future but I have no desire to revisit 1717 again.

Beautiful views but unit needs work.

Views from the unit and balcony are gorgeous. Unit itself thought needs major upgrades. Small parts of carpet in living room and bedrooms was missing exposing the tack strips. Those are tiny pieces of wood with nails that hold the carpet down. I have two kids and thankfully they did not get hurt. No table on balcony, not enough silverware/plates and bowls, broken toaster, missing base trim in a few rooms. Super small tv in master bedroom. Unit has 3 tvs but only had 2 DVD players and to top it off they were not even connected and the cables to connect them were missing. Few of the doors were very hard to open and close, kept getting stuck. When I voiced my concerns with front desk the lady was rude and did not apologize once. I had pics to show her and she would not even look at my phone. Just said email them to me. No offer to discount my stay or discount on another night. I still have yet to hear from Vacasa about my concerns.

The home was very well equipped and mostly comfortable

The elevator situation was horrible—so many people and not enough elevators. I had a problem with the hall lights not working, but they finally came and explained there was a sequence to making them work. The ice maker did not work upon our arrival; I finally realized that someone had turned the ice maker off. Once I turned it back on, it worked fine. I reported that the tv in one of the bedrooms did not work, but they never fixed it during our stay. Also, I realized the garbage disposal did not work on the last night of our stay. The beds were rather hard. Other than those few things, everything was GREAT!

Room 1717 review

The room was dirty, the floors were sticky, several lights were burned out/not working. The elevators are always an issue but this time one even quit working adding to a known problem.
