This lovely space, which has been updated with travertine tile in the living area and bathrooms, includes a wrap-around balcony, free seasonal beach service, and resort amenities that include hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and an arcade.

Pier Park is less than a mile east, where you can shop at over 100 stores, take a ride on the Panama City Beach Skywheel, play a few games at Dave & Buster's, or catch an IMAX movie. Get up close with the local marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), cool off from the summer heat at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east), and grab a bite to eat at Fattyā€™s Sandwich Shop, Diegoā€™s Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar, or Barefoot Hideaway Grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
