Seacrest Beach is a local beachside community located on Scenic Hwy 30A, in close proximity to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Inlet Beach, and Watersound. Ever caught the fantastic waves at Santa Rosa Beach? Maybe it's time to hit up LD Surf Shop, just over five miles west, for souvenirs, gear, and boards. You can also find Austin Magee's Surf School eight miles away for rentals and lessons at reasonable prices. Maybe you'd like a little deep-sea fishing? No problem: 30-Angler, two miles away, will take you out to explore the Gulf's amazing limestone reefs and put you right in the middle of the area's best fishing waters.

Beautifully renovated condo is in the heart of Seacrest, very short, walk to Rosemary or Alys Beach! Comfortable beds and new furniture made this stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach!

Perfect spot, perfect location for a mini romantic getaway! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again. Bonus, the second bedroom has bunk beds and queen bed so a family of 5 could definitely stay here.

We love High Pointe and go every summer. We have never been at Thanksgiving before but if plans work out we will be requesting this same unit. Although it was too cool to swim in the amazing pool we certainly enjoyed the hot tub. Was thrilled that Crabby Steve's was opened thru the Thanksgiving holiday.

Clean and convenient.

Was unable to get one of our regular places on the main street in Rosemary, so had to look elsewhere. My wife found a place at 1312 High Pointe. It was very clean, and an easy walk to Rosemary so we could shop and eat. The beach access was a breeze.I also loved the fact that there is food and drink options as you walk to the beach. Great Margaritas!!

Amazing and family friendly property.

We had a wonderful summer vacation with our family in Rosemary Beach, and this property was absolutely perfect for us! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as describedā€”if not better. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our family, including our kids, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was definitely the poolā€”a great spot to cool off and relax in between beach trips. Speaking of the beach, it was stunning! Having chairs and umbrellas provided made our beach days so easy and stress-free. We also really appreciated the two bicycles that came with the propertyā€”it was such a fun way to explore the area. We also loved having Crabby Steveā€™s just a short walk away. The food and drinks were delicious, and the casual, beachfront atmosphere made it one of our favorite spots during the trip. Thereā€™s also plenty to do right nearbyā€”pickleball and tennis courts gave us more options for fun family activities when we werenā€™t at the beach or pool. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in Rosemary.

Great location and amenities!

We LOVED the High Pointe property, pool was amazing and proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The condo itself was pretty good, it was just very obvious that this is not a property that is lived in year round. Lots of items in the kitchen (bowls/frying pans) but missing basics like baking sheet and whisk! We also had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi which was a pretty big annoyance which we were never able to address during Vacasa working hours, since our kids kept us busy during those hours! I still would go back to this property despite these small annoyances - canā€™t say enough about the location!

Beautiful views from this unit!

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our unit was at the High Pointe Condos. Being on the third floor and on the end meant we had great views overlooking the pool and a wonderful view of the gulf too. The unit is very comfortable and has clearly been updated. We virtually had no complaints except for a lack of a skillet (plenty of pots of all sizes so maybe someone took the skillet?). Also booking through Resort Quest meant we had 2 bikes and 2 chairs and an umbrella included which was a wonderful bonus. High Pointe is very well maintained and security had a strong presence which was a comfort during busy spring break. Awesome weather didn't hurt either!

Great condo!

This is our 3rd year coming to High Pointe and we love it here! This condo was great, clean and the beds were comfortable! I love the bunk beds for the kids and that the top bunk had a railing. I only have a couple complaints. There was not one single cookie sheet there so we had to get creative when baking food in the oven. There wasnā€™t a drying rack for clothes and I feel like thatā€™s important because you canā€™t fry most swimsuits in the dryer. I did purchase one and we left it in the condo when we left. Hopefully it will benefit future renters as much as it did us. There was a leak in the ceiling in the guest room after a very heavy rainfall. I did call maintenance right away and they came out right away. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and that they took it seriously. All in all Iā€™d rent this condo again! Iā€™ll just have to remember to pack a cookie sheet next time. ā˜ŗļø

Vacasa provided unacceptable service

I have been staying with ResortQuest/Vacasa for many years. I have always been offered a discount for my repeat business. This time I wasn't offered anything. We arrived very late Wednesday night. We were not told what the "blue bands" were for so after walking to the beach we had to go back to get them to get onto the beach. We had 5 of us and was only provided 2 bands. We requested 3 more and never got them, The night guard was not going to let us back on property after dinner because we didn't have our bands with us (again not told we needed them for entry) and we had the gate code. She screamed at me and my children. The next day, our last guest was arriving who was African American. My daughter went to open the gate for him so his friends could drop him off and the day guard threatened to call the police because "he knew he was trespassing". I called management but nothing was done. I will not rent from Vacasa again.

Great Condo

Unit was very clean, location was perfect! Would stay there 10 times over again. The current Renovations in May 2025 are supposed to be completed by early June 2025, although these were pretty significant renovations with large equipment and scaffolding on the buildings these renovations really did not alter or bother our stay. everything worked out great!

1. We (4 adults) could not log into the network for our unit the whole 6 days we were there. The network username and password that we were given by Vacasa did not work. As a workaround we were given a the login info for another unit nearby. 2. Our internet or none of our TVs worked the whole time. We could only watch local channels. A Vacasa associate came to try to fix it but could not. He determined it was a problem with the owner's account that only the cable company Mediacom could fix. An appt was scheduled with them the last day we were there and they canceled. UNACCEPTABLE. 3. We had a slow drain in the shower to our Master bedroom. We called Vacasa and it took 2 days for someone to come to fix. We have stayed at High Pointe 3 times before booking with other resort companies and never had these problems. Not sure I'll book with Vacasa again.

We loved the location of this unit!! The condo was very clean except for the tub. I donā€™t think house keeping touched it before our stay. The pool which we were looking forward to was also closed :( Condo was missing towels. I called vacasa and they were at out door with extra towels within minutes!! Customer service was great!

Condo was so-so but love High Point

We love High Point and the area is amazing. We really did not like the required wrist bands and found unnecessary and a hassle if you have kids. The condo kitchen wasnā€™t equipped very well at all and Vacasa didnā€™t respond when we asked for a cookie sheet or something so we could cook in the oven! I think I would rent at High Point again, because the area is great and condo pool is wonderful , the grill, etc but not this unit or with Vacasa.

Nice space, great location and property.

We had a great stay. Great location. Grounds well kept. Pool and beach were wonderful. Gated resort with security, but itā€™s a very family friendly community so we never felt uncomfortable. Our condo included two chairs and umbrella which was set up daily for us. We will definitely stay at High Point again!
